I'm only posting 1 star by default. This does not value customers. They are in the business of using deceptive tactics to illegal tow vehicles in assigned parking spots. They are rude, uncooperative and don't accountability. They towed my car and after 2-3 days they sold my car. We didn’t receive any mail from them. That’s crazy !

they towed my car while I brought the TV into the house. the car stood in front of the building for 2-3 minutes. when they started towing, my neighbor came up and told the tow truck driver that i was going down and taking the car to the parking lot, to which he said "i don't care, i'm taking it because i want to" i paid $220 because the tow truck driver "wanted to". i called the tow company hotline and they kept putting me on hold. that's not all. when i picked up the car from the tow truck i noticed that my car had been hit while being towed

This company know to do business and make money without doing anything in our apartment complex but I guess is our management association fault or they may are doing bussines togetherThey never around our parking lot people always park over the grass , outside of buildings, fire lineAnd when we call to report it they don't answer the phones and when they do they never have a driver availableIs maybe at the bar or playing candy crush

I don’t know who the dummy is working at the front desk but he has to be the dumbest person ever. Beware of the “niches scratches etc “ that he puts on everything . I was told that’s put on every sheet regardless of if it has scratches. I hope this place gets shut down
