Surprisingly organized and clean for a ross but only one cashier during rush hour isnt a good experience, granted he was a fast cashier but still you need at least 2

BONNIE horrible customer service! My mother (83 years old) forgot where she left her cart unfortunately was almost 9:30pm, this lady, very rude, ignored me when I told her what happened, then we rush to the cashier and she closed the register when she saw us going to pay for a few things. O hope somebody in Ross would read this!

Only downside is that it was super packed when I went maybe because the holidays are around the corner I went to get some fresheners for my car, nice price compared to the regular stores.
