Worst service I've ever had. I made an appointment for oil change, filter replacement and inspection. They only changed the oil. They also never wash the car after the service. In different location, I didn't have to ask to wash my car, they just did it. It was the last time I was there.

Parts and service director John Fakhoury teaches his advisor Carlos Ortiz to getting money from customers without repairing their vehicle. They took the money my insurance paid them, and still did terrible job for my vehicle, didn't order parts, didn't repainted my vehicle, but said they ordered and replaced. Avoiding to have business with them if you don't want have the same experience like mine, totally a nightmare!!!

Poor service. Dropped our truck off for diagnosis at 8a no word all day. They closed for the day with no communication. We left a message for them to call us the next morning but no word. We went over there in the afternoon of the second day and they claimed they couldn't leave a message on our phone, which is a bunch of bull. Avoid this dealership. For best service... Subaru is top of the line in all things, Especially service.

This is one of the car dealerships that give all dealerships a bad rap. I would never go back under any circumstances. They rip you off and over charge. Personally, I was charged me for diagnostics when they could not even figure out the issue. Yes- the dealership gave up on a car they service. They were clueless on the issue. This place was so much better with Mr. Al Piemonte. It seems like since he has gone, the place has gone down hill. Just terrible.

there is no deal in the word dealership at this joynt the cars have very high m.s.r.p. no room to even begin negociations old school shyster type sales men almost hilarious this place caught in a time warp a drive out to the ford dealership in west Chicago Illinois on route 38 is well worth the drive

Bought a 2019 ford edge. Salesperson told me no money down. After I purchased the vehicle I went back to ask about the balance on my warranty from the car i traded in which i purchased from there as well and was told the 1400 dollars that was left on my warranty was used as a down payment. Never gave them permission to do that. When confronted about I was strung along for 3 or 4 months and was finally told there was nothing that could be done. Delivery coordinator joe matallanes told me how he would work on it and did nothing. I have the text to prove it so if anyone from ford would like to contact me feel free. I am in the process of making a formal completion with the bbb and any other company I can. This was unfair. James Jackson 7089354735

Yeah went back got the paperwork for the car, nothing weird. OF course all my calls got ignored and The menards credit (about $25) and couple of dollar winner lottery tickets and a few other papers "got thrown out" by the detailer. Again I made calls the next business day FIRST THING in the morning... Not great follow up on a new car purchase HELL, they didn't even respond to the bad yelp review
