This Menards location is the worst I've ever experienced. The supervisors are extremely unprofessional. They took my order. The delivery was promised within 2 days, but it has been 6 days and the order has still not been completed and the final p roduct si not as t heir promise. Additionally, they have been dishonest about the situation.

Nice store. Usually clean and organized. Sometimes you get assistance that's helpful, Sometimes not. I'd like it's well stocked( and it usually is), but was looking for specific items on different occasions and out of stock. Associates were like duh!. Eventually after being brought to someone's attention things got corrected. But, I still go there for 90% of my needs. Their prices are usually lower.

I have sent a rebate letter that Menards promised several times and have not once received my rebate or any kind of update. Furthermore, when trying to make a return on completely unused material, without a receipt, I was offered back only half of what I paid for in store credit. The materials were completely unopened and unused. Please be careful going here.

Customer's waist of time.
Web site said items where in stock.
At the store, person behind the counter confirms items in stock.
Drive to the yard to pickup items, Zero stock.
Drive back to the store, person behind the counter says: all we can do is refund your money.

Nothing is ever in stock on shelves compared to what online says. Home Depot is much better and even tells you where the items are located on the app.

This location is run by pure teenagers. They have a horrible attitude towards actually working and helping the customer. And the “store manager” Kendra is definitely not cut out for the position she’s in. Kendra gets a reaction out of you and then paints you the bad guy, fantastic manipulator and sass talker. Nothing but horrible experiences when shopping at Menards. I highly recommend you just go to Home Depot or Lowe’s, they actually have adults over there.

Most of the Menards that I have gone to have been great (the Glendale Heights one is the best!), this location however is the worst when it comes to their garden/plant section. I could never understand why the plant section is always on the verge of death. And the plants that are somewhat decent are very rootbound, broken, or mangled in someway. Trying to take a chance and ask for a discount for these plants is almost impossible, and if you do succeed its a pitiful one. And the weird thing about it, they have a lot of unusual ones that you don't normally see in the other locations.

Menards in Melrose Park are one of my favorite Store. I take that ride from the City to this store they have everything I need and the Rest Room are clean!!❤️❤️❤️
