After visiting 3 different vets who couldn’t even examine my cat, I finally found Dr Kahn and I am so grateful! He Is an incredible vet & such an intelligent & polite man! Thanks so much for your help!!! 10/10 would recommend if you want a vet who knows what they are doing !!!

I went to this animal hospital to inquire for a one day boarding of my dog. No customer at that time and the receptionist is on the phone talking for 15 minutes and she never acknowledged me why I was there. Then after she finished talking in the phone she asked me what I need. She told me to have my dog 7 or 8 vaccinations requirements before boarding and they will do vaccinations. Wow what an animal hospital! If your dog have allergies with the vaccine better Stay out in this place.

I highly recommend the veterinarian, I drove from Chicago to visit the clinic. The diagnosis and operation went smoothly. Everything was explained in detail and the staff was very friendly and attentive.Thank you Dr. Kahn - Your patient Fred

I followed Dr. Banasure to this clinic from where he previously was. He is very compassionate, patient and gentle with my American Bullies, one being a very serious heart patient. Our appointments and check ups are always very thorough. He takes his time looking them over and makes sure everything he communicates to me is clear and understood. I would highly recommend booking an appointment with Dr. Banasure!

For such kind caring office workers, I was SHOCKED at how ruthlessly uncaring the vet I saw was (an Indian man.)My dog was near death, & even though I showed with 2 week old blood & urine culture results. He would do NOTHING until he stole $300 running the same tests!I thankfully found a caring vet in Elmhurst, Betty went from 38lbs (%50 her healthy body weight.) To 49 today, just 9 days after I saw this uncaring, heartless human

Called 4 different times because my dog was having an emergency and I wanted to get her in , all 4 times they didn’t say anything to me, put me on hold and never answered. I can understand your busy and you guys get swamped but have the decency to at least answer and say “let me put you on hold” instead of not saying anything and having me wait on the phone for 10 minutes.

Do NOT Bring your pet here I had to rush my dog to the ER for a blood transfusion and had to stay 2 nights and worked very hard to save her life . It’s a long road ahead but hopefully she will be ok. I also had to tell the vet tech to run her blood there bc I didn’t have 2 days for results. I would have waited 2 days she would have been dead !!!! She has a new vet and now has to be seen by an internist and needs a biopsy . While my dog was in the room , Dr.Dave was picking his nose and falling asleep !

The only reason they got one star is bc of the girls at the front, esp Liz ! She has been such a great help . The groomer there , Char , we love her too she grooms all 3 of my dogs. I took my dog Charlotte there since she was diagnosed with PLE . I took her there in January with diarrhea , which is part of PLE , she was given meds and probiotic and sent on her way. I saw Dr. Dave , he is the absolute worst and shouldn't even be a vet . I asked if she should give some blood , he said no she had inflammatory bowl disease . At that time I didn't know that and PLE went hand in hand . I told him she had PLE and he had NO clue what it even is!!! I had to tell him and still said she didn't need blood . He didn't even touch her I said she looks full does she have fluid in her belly ? He said no, which she DID !! Fast forward to February I was given antibiotic and probiotic . It wasn't getting better but was told to give it time , the whole 10days for it to work. Her symptoms worsened so I took her in after 7 days to be told by the vet tech that he will take blood and send it out ! I said I don't have 2-3 days she is extremely sick! I had to tell him to run her blood there and I will wait the 10min . He came back and said I needed to take her to the ER immediately she needs a blood transfusion!!! She spent 2 night at the Elk Grove ER and Specialty Vet . They were told by Dr.Dave "he doesn't know what's going on with her" , they couldn't believe what they just heard . She is home and bc of them she has a fighting chance for a long life , rough road ahead but we are up for the challenge. We have since gotten a new vet , she will have her first visit with them next week . If you love your pet and consider them part of your family , I don't recommend you trust them with your dog or cat ! They don't care , they push meds , take your $$ , and send you on your way!!!!
