Wouldn’t recommend This place to anyone. I literally live a block away it would be really convenient for me. However the older guy with glasses not sure if he’s the owner or not. Very rude and demanding. Funny cause because it’s us customers that spend the money for any service from you all. I needed change for $10 he stated that he can’t open the register. Which I was utterly confused due to the fact that I’ve been here before and it was done numerous times. He just kept repeating “I can’t do that” I stated you can’t do it or you just don’t want to do it? He said you have to buy something. I said okay well then say that then. I will never throw the race card anyone way. But I just rather now go there anymore doesn’t even many tobacco products anyway. If I was the boss I’ll clean staff and starts over.?

They only had premium fuel, and did not have any signs saying so. If you lift the handle before you select a grade, it automatically selects plus and you can't change the grade.

I been going to this marathon a few months since I moved out here. This particular day, I went in and bought 2 pumpkin spice cake out of the refrigerator and some other item before work, and went to work while at work. I ate my items but left the pumpkin spice cake last. when I bit into the cake I tasted a bitter freezer taste kinda charcoal ish taste. I knew it was expired so I didn't eat anymore. after work I went in and told the clearly and showed him the cakes and asked for a exchange but he said there nothing he can do because I have to show the man I bought it from earlier that day.... I thought that was weird that I couldn't just exchange the cakes since they were expired that I had to come back the next day and hopefully catch the guy that sold it to me....? it's a marathon gas station. he told me throw it away cause he can't do nothing. So I threw it in the gas station garbage. Then went home. after work I went back to the marathon to see if the guy was in there that I bought it from and he was his name was Bobby ... that's what everyone else called him. So I told him about the cake and he said where is the cake and I said I threw it away last night the guy the night before said there nothing he can do . So i Told him I will get it out the trash. .... eww. at this point i was. Fed up. I'm looking threw trash at this point come to find out they took the garbage out . So I went in and told him the trash was taken out . He said there nothing he can do because he needs the cake to check the expiraction date.... So I explained to him that it is definitely expired. i even went to the freezer and checked the other cakes to show him none of the cakes had a expiration date.... he still told me he can't do nothing and it's my fault that I threw the cake away... he Also threaten to call the police on me . He told me to get out of the store the conversation was over.. even on the way home I seen police follow me home.. while walking into my back door. I feel so sad I cried on the way home. All of this over a 1.89 cake . That could've been exchanged. I feel stupid for giving them my money all these months just when I have a issue it can't be solved. im writing this to inform others to check expiration dates on everything you buy here because they won't exchange it or give your money back.

I live just 3 blocks away and most of the staff is always friendly. However, one young Hispanic lady who works there always has a horrible attitude and tried to tell me I had to spend more than $10 there just to be able to pay with a 100 dollar bill. If she didn’t work there, my score for this place would be much higher. I go there everyday. The owner and other staff are awesome though.

the lady below seems delusional...dont believe her lol this is a great gastation with a lot of snacks, popsicles, ice-cream, candy, food items and misellanous products..me and my friends like to go for a quick food binge stop ...better gas prices than the other ones on lake street!!
