Supervisor there was rude & racist.Said she would call the cops on me because she felt she can be rude to me and I was going to be quiet or let her have a rude demeanor. I had a question & she said if I wanted a consultation or needed help it was a starting fee of $100 or something. I lit had a question about a balance due that was showing up on my end but wasn't showing up when I was there in the morning for a 2nd look with a different associate, she was really helpful but by the time I went back she was gone & this " supervisor " wasn't helpful at all. I called a different office in Elmhurst and they were able to help and answer the same exact question I had !!! Do not recommend this place especially if you're Hispanic! I tried to ask another associate the question & he had no control of his life & said " I can't talk to you if my supervisor asked you to leave '' in life there will be ppl who will be willing to help! And others won't. But karma comes back so im not worried.

This year is the second time Verlinda Dotson has prepared my taxes and I'm more than satisfied. I met her last year at the Westchester office and this year I went up to Melrose Park to find her.

Jerome was super helpful, fast, detailed and wonderfully nice. This was my first time using a tax consultant analyst place, I have the peace of mind it was done right and I got as many deductions as I could. The app was easy to use too.
