Most harbor freights are really pleasant, organized, clean, and never out of things.
I'm always happy when I go there.
The staff has been consistently positive and very helpful across a range of several stores in the greater Chicago area that I have visited.
Now that I think about it, Harbor Freight really has their program together collectively.
It's very nice when people that work at a store are in a good mood, and sincerely interested in helping.

Horrible customer service. I went inside to buy some stuff. Little brother wanted to use the restroom. Ask a female employee, and she said we don't have a restroom. Then I found a restroom and went to ask her for the code. She said it's not public. I said, "What if I'm a customer?" She said no. I left my things. Well, I'm glad I go to the Harbor freight on the 75th because this experience is bad.
Also wanted to add that the female locked me up and down. Very disrespectful individual.

The bold guy who seams to be the manager was very rude when I ask for the Code for the restroom. And refused to gave it to me saying "restrooms are not public". Very bad customer service from this location

I wanted to return a Grinder, but I always do Email Receipt, So We weren't able to pull up my receipt and we found out they had my email spelled incorrectly, and bc of that I couldn't even get store Credit either! Sonia the Cashier was very rude to me and made it seem like it was my fault! She should get replaced.
