850 W North Ave, Melrose Park“Today I stopped at Target in Melrose Park to buy ultra swim schampoo. I was very frustrated, because I couldn't find the product I needed.
I asked for help a young gentleman, Patrick who is working there. I really appreciate his kindness and patience. I was really frustrated, but he was very professional, and helpful. He put a lot of effort to help me to solve my problem. Unfortunately the product I was looking for was not available in the store. Patrick was so kind and checked for me online possibility on Target website. I want to say a great THANK YOU PATRICK!!!!
I went also to the store manager to say Thank you for Patrick, and to recognize his great attitude. Many young people do not care, but this young gentleman treats his job very seriously, and I would like him to be recognized for that! Also, he speaks fluent Polish language, which was very helpful for me! Thank you very much, Patrick!”
“Went here on a Tuesday at 1PM finished around 2:00 with platinum service. There was a long line so that made me think the level of service is good. But yeah, the wait was a while and it took a while to actually wash. I would say it’s priced fairly, compared to the city, and they do a good job. Just be ready to wait a while. Probably going back to get ceramic coating.”

“Normally we really love this place but this last time we went the very young man who worked there on Saturday was completely not caring about his efforts in the job role he played. He didn't try to upsell us the insurance which we wish he did cuz we can always use it. And when my husband asked a couple of questions on the micro SD cards for switches and some other info.. dude acted like we literally sucked the life out of him like it took his every effort to speak human words to us. But I truly love the manager who normally works there and most of the other employees. This guy just rubbed us the wrong way..”

“I came in a week ago to get a new account. I really wanted the iPhone 14 pro, and since it was on backorder, they had to have it shipped to me. A few days later, I had my phone! I didn't expect it to get it so fast! The associates here are so helpful! And I'm not an easy person to deal with when it comes to services. I'm here again today, December 17, 2022 because I tried to activate my new device at home and totally FAILED! The online chat support associates were of no help and they redirected me to go to a T-Mobile store. Since I had a great experience last week, I came back for help. Today I was helped by Norelys, who is AMAZING! She was able to get my new device activated and help me bring up the iCloud backup on this new iPhone 14 pro device! 110% Recommend this location! I'm walking out a VERY HAPPY CUSTOMER!”

I will definitely visit this store again and would recommend more customers to visit this store.”

1500 Broadway Ave, Melrose Park“Out of all the 7/11 I've been to, I've never had the best experience at 7/11 till now, the staff were amazing, who welcoming, they gave me the best advice with location and products in the store and also new how to start conversations that actually made me respond with a smile, and the care and helpful that young lady Kim, she literally made my shopping at 7/11 feel like home, if I was the manager of this place I would definitely give her a bonus or at least a raise for literally helping me and showing that she loves her job and loves helping customers as she did with me. Thank you guys very much.”

850 W North Ave, Melrose Park“A young girl name Nicole at the Customer Service was so helpful she deserves credit and acknowledgement. My daughter and I went shopping for a birthday gift for her best friend that loves Legos. My daughter and I found it online for $15.99 but when we went to the store it said $19.99. I told her let's go to the register and see if they can price match us or we're just gonna have to get it online. We went to the register the young lady told me I cannot get that price I have to go through the website. I told her, ok fine let me get the Legos so I can put it back on the shelf. It was the only one on the shelf, so I can order it through the website. Though in order to order on the website or even through the app you have to do a minimum purchase of $35. I decided to go to customer service and ask the same question. Can you price match what it says online from the price here? She looked up on her own phone Aad she said yes we can price match for you. She did it and she also over heard my conversation with my daughter and I said I forgot to get a gift receipt for the other gift the young lady said I can also print out a gift received all I need is the original receipt for the items. She went ahead and did 2 extra steps. She didn't have to and I do appreciate what she did and I wanted to put her out there so people know that she did great customer service and I appreciate that.”
“As a family, we’ve purchased two washing machines, one dryer, two refrigerators and a freezer from here over the last 12 years or so. The newest washing machine happened just four days ago, a nice LG model that came highly rated and minus one small dent in the back, looks and works perfectly as of now. We saved somewhere around $350 off the lowest “new” price in other places and $125 off the lowest sale price I saw over the last 6 months. Our oldest purchase is the dryer that we have now had for that 12 year period. Granted, we take very good care of it due to lessons learned in proper maintenance but it’s still working very well with no complaints. If you don’t mind the small cosmetic issues, I would recommend checking them out. They close at 6pm most days so just plan accordingly.”
