They NEVER have cashiers! Line is always ridiculously LONG. They ALWAYS only have ONE cashier. Two if YOU ARE LUCKY. I went in today on a Sunday. The line was so long! My check-out took about 45 min.

I stopped in to shop. I left my wallet at the register. I come call and was told the cashier gave it to some Mexican lady. I asked for the cashier she wasn't there. Mysteriously and they weren't giving me details. I asked why didn't they check the ID before giving it to someone. The white that's there claimed she was going to do that. They say they watched the cameras but I think the cashier took my wallet. I called the police nothing happened. This place steals they were all whispering with each other.

I just left Didi's Discount with my 8-year-old daughter, and I was deeply disappointed with the service and treatment we received. When we asked to use the restroom, we were told that the women's bathroom was out of order, but the men's was available. However, the staff had just allowed another woman to use the bathroom because of her high blood pressure, which I understand and respect. Despite this, we were directed to use the restroom at a nearby store, Five Below, even though my daughter urgently needed to go.
This situation was frustrating and confusing, especially since the men's bathroom was functional, yet we were denied access. My daughter was left uncomfortable and distressed, which should never happen in a customer service environment.
To make matters worse, when we finally went to the register, the cashier was scratching and itching, which was concerning. The staff were rude, unprofessional, and seemed to have an attitude throughout the entire experience. I was there to return items and shop, yet I was treated as if my presence was an inconvenience.
I understand that circumstances can be challenging, but customer service should always prioritize the well-being and comfort of its patrons, especially when a child is involved. Unfortunately, this was not the case during our visit.
I strongly advise against shopping at this location due to the poor service and lack of consideration for customers. I will be leaving this review on Google to bring awareness to the issues at this store.

Worst Costumer Service they also force you to buy something to open the bathroom. I had to make a purchase an item for an elder person to enter the bathroom.

mediocre store, I've seen better material and better clothes at Macy;s than here. the glove aisle lacks variety of textiles and colors.
