I have been calling multiple times for the past few days trying to speak to a rep and they never answer. They don't even give an option to leave a message for a call back. Reading all these horrible reviews is not surprising.

Is racial profiling customers based on the color of their skin, people having been stating that Chase Bank discriminates and I didn’t want to believe it, until last week I deposited a check, then CHASE informed me it would clear on 5/28/24, and I received documentation that the check cleared!, but refuses to release the check, racism at its finest ‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️

If I can give 0 stars the worst bank ever , horrible customer service, they don’t want to give my dad money , they stole the money from the ATM machine , my sister go to take my dad pension from the ATM and they never give any money , the bad part is they have cameras and they don’t want to check the videos , I don’t know who is the manager there but at this corporation is the worst they don’t care about the customers , they never resolve the problem they think are more powerful than the police , or lawsuits ,

I have been with this "bank" since they were "Bank One" back in 2001.....it was all honey and cakes until 3 months ago.....they denied me a deposit...from a bank that they themselves They acquired...according to them insufficient funds...then they offered me a line of credit...I accepted it...days later I tried to use the card...and...yes...pure shame. ...I think it's time to look for another bank where I can do my business, tomorrow Saturday I'll go check it out... it's a real shame that they only see you as just another number or account...... Bank One would have responded better...but they swallowed it and now only disappointments...

The worst service I have ever had, the manager Brenda doesn't even know what she is doing, she has a complete mess in the bank.Stephani vascones arrogant with very bad attitude rude and absolutely not helpful, it's time to look for another bank

THE STAFF OF THIS BANK HAVE A GREAT SERVICE.. ESPECIALLY STEPHANIE VASCONES.. VERY DESPOTIC AND CONCEIVED, CUTTING, THE LADY DIDN'T WANT TO TAKE OR ANSWER A CALL FROM CHASE'S CONSUMER SERVICE.. Q, WHY DID I HAVE ANOTHER APPOINTMENT AND WAS ABOUT MORE THAN 30 MINUTES AND HIS APPOINTMENT DID NOT ARRIVE, AND HE BETTER SERVED ANOTHER CUSTOMER..!! WHAT KIND OF BAD SERVICE THEY PROVIDE HERE.. SOME MANAGER AND NOT THE ONE OF THE BANK ITSELF (BRENDA) SHOULD TAKE ACTION AND PREPARE THEIR PEOPLE BETTER.. ALSO ANOTHER LADY BEFORE HER, WANTED TO TAKE THECALL ..IT HAPPENS THAT DESPITE BEING HISPANIC, THEY DISCRIMINATE AGAINST ONE..

Me and my Boyfriend had an appointment at 11 am we were running a few minutes late, I got there around 11:08 and my boyfriend was a few minutes behind Ia let one of the ladies there and she said that the last they can take us is 11:15 with was ok because my bf got there at 11:14 but we took a sit and waited around 11:25 this lady named Estefany (not sure how to write her name) told us that you were unable to take us because we were late when in fact we were in the 15 minutes requested.We were very disappointed with the way they treated us today.

My English is not good, i NEVER go inside a chase but ended up going in today because I wanted to get a void check, The receptionists in the front had no idea what I was talking about, She just stared at me the whole time like i wasn't making sense. One good minute just standing there in silence trying to explain to her. Once I got to the clerk by the window, Wonderful person who helped me out.

I took 5k To deposit !! I counted 4 times before I went deposit lady grab my money put it on the machine and magically it was missing $100 she didn’t wanna count manually im 100% sure she stole my $100 bill smh !!!

Worst Chase location in terms of their atm's. This location has 4 ATM's and there's always at least one, if not two of them that are malfunctioning, or in the midst of repairs.Maybe it's time to either update the hardware, or install more units.

I went to take my mom to chase cause she wanted open up a bank account,They took us to one of their booth. We waited and waited half hour just seated…..the guy in his own words said “ I am so sorry totally forgot about you …..I was so mad and frustrated.
