Wish I could give this place no stars. Came in Sunday June 26 to look at bouquets for a quince. Placed order over the phone on Monday and was told it would take 2 weeks. Stopped by Saturday July 16th. Arrived and 3 families were waiting outside. The door was closed with a sign they would be back in 10 minutes. 30 min later the door opened. The lady attended the family in front of me who needed samples of 2 fabrics for a dress they were getting their daughter. The lady didn’t have the samples ready, apologized and told the family to come back the following Saturday. Next was my turn and she couldn’t find my ticket ordered. She picked up a bouquet and it wasn’t the color I asked for. I let her know and she said oh yes this isn’t yours it’s for someone else I apologize. Asked her assistant if there was anything shipped in the last 2 weeks. The assistant told her that one. She handed it to me again and said no yes this is yours. She wasn’t even sure and she was all over the place. I was so upset but had no choice but to pay because the quince was the next day on July 17th. Her card machine was broken so I told her I could run to get cash and come back. I come back 10 min later and the door was closed again with a sign they would be back. I’ve never experienced a business be this unorganized and not have enough help that you can’t run errands and have the shop open. I was so upset I crossed the street to Betty’s flowers and bridal. She absolutely saved my life by creating a last minute bouquet for me in 3 hours. She understood the urgency and I could not thank her enough after the nightmare with Celia’s shop. I will never recommend this place! Cross the street and go to Betty’s instead!
