The service was impeccable; the flower arrangement were beautiful for my cousin's homecoming service. I found this location after the florist we normally use in the city wouldn't deliver to the suburbs.You will not be disappointed.

I wanted to buy some flowers to not go empty handed to a funeral i have rent to pay and other bills so i only wanted half a dozen of white carnations once again to not go empty handed... Once i told her i can only afford half a dozen without her making it look nicer because that is extra charge she didnt answer me but i had already told her i would pick up in 15minutes i got there n no answer i went to the door and she was inside the shop so she tells me i didnt answer you anymore because i just received a call where they will be taking all of her carnations for an order that was made for the next day also for a funeral .... I said but i called first and i was already on my way when we spoke on the phone... Moral of the story she didnt wanna sell me half a dozen just because it was a little bit she rather sell to a big other i said just because im only buying a few that is rude i have a funeral aswell and u making feel less ... I left with no flowers she didnt want to sell me half a dozen

Can’t thank this shop enough. I had a complete nightmare with Celia’s shop across the street. Was desperate for a bouquet I needed for a quince on Sunday and when Betty saw my urgency she helped me create a last minute bouquet in 3 hours. I can’t repay her enough for the hard work and extra time she took to help me! The bouquet was perfect!

Betty’s Flowers & Bridal is THE BEST! I called Betty because it was my Aunt’s birthday and I wanted to send her flowers. I live in Florida and have sent my Aunt flowers many times from other florists, which she enjoyed, but the arrangement she received from Betty’s was so beautiful that she made sure everyone saw her beautiful arrangement. Not only did Betty send what I wanted, it was more beautiful than I could have imagined. Betty is wonderful, her daughter is awesome, the service is exceptional and the prices are reasonable. Please support this family owned business. I have Betty’s number saved in my phone. She’s the only florist I’ll be calling for flowers.

Rude, rude and RUDE!!! No one was professional, the delivery woman was rude and wore a frown on her face.. being polite and courteous is something that needs to be worked on. If I could give no stars I would.
