I've had auto, renters/homeowners insurance through State Farm since 1984 - the last 10-11 years through Beth Black's office. I recently switched for several reasons one being I moved some 200 miles away however I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this office as they have always been very accommodating and patient to answer any questions I've had through the years.

State Farm Agent Dave Samuels is the Best, he guided my wife and I through the whole process of getting Our Home Owners Insurance to the point of bundling it with our Vehicles. He also assisted me with getting my Medi-Gap Insurance Health insurance. very Knowledgeable, Recommend him to anyone looking for good, reliable and affordable Insurance.

On May 2nd, I was involved in a serious car crash. I must've called Dave Samuels numerous times to figure what was going on with my insurance. Answered all of my questions and helped me through a rough time. I can't thank him enough for helping me through this rough patch. Thanks Dave :)

Living in the Chicago-land area my whole life, I am sure I am not alone in saying inflation is effecting my everyday decisions. Upon reviewing my auto insurance renewal, I was astonished to see the price increases across the board. In a frustrated attempt to get an explanation on why my premium was increasing so much, I was told (after 70 minutes of being on hold) “the cost to replace my car has increased and the rates will go down soon”. I was not satisfied with this answer, nor the efforts I made to speak to someone on the phone. A friend suggested I reach out to Dave Samuels with State Farm. One call with Dave surpassed the previous 5 years of service received from my current agent combined. Being able to speak with someone who was knowledgeable and also understanding of my situation, I was convinced I will need to move policies over to Dave next year when they are up for renewal. He even said he could take a look at bundling some of my other needs as I start my home purchase search. I cannot recommend Dave enough.
