Great customer service just careless about the packages

Been shopping with Amazon for years now. Haven't benefitted from the so called prime 2 day shipping in over 2 years now. Amazon needs to stand by the reason people shop with them. The 2 day shipping promise. Very disappointed !

Air Cargo loading docks...usually 2hr wait but sometimes it takes less time to get loaded.
