I have a 2005 Mercury Grand Marquis, and fortunately there was a recall for my head light module that went out. I took it to Al Piemonte Ford in Melrose Park, and they repaired the Head Light module at no cost. Since the repair the connection to my rear lights were flickering on and off and I called them to let them know that rear light connection is now loose. Their response "the repair was only for the head light, and not for the rear lights". It's out of their hands. If I have a problem to contact Ford Corporation for assistance. I tried explaining this to the young lady that never returns phone calls and it was to no avail. I just hung up. I can not believe that they don't go out of their way to help a person out.

Al Piemonte service department is terrible!!! The first time we used them for service we waited a month for a loaner car and they ended up never giving us one. I was 40 weeks pregnant and waddled in there because my father was also in town and high-risk handicap to try to see where we were at since our truck was there for 2 weeks already. Second time we had our truck serviced there, my husband brought it in, they said oh we need to order this part. Two weeks later, called to see when we're bringing it in, can't get through, my husband stops in. Same guy said he never saw the truck! So another guy then orders the parts... never calls us, we stop in again, and HE DIDN'T ORDER THE PARTS. So back to the original guy, he finally ordered the parts. Crazy! Now, we decided to try again and requested a loaner vehicle a month ago for service. Called last week, girl told me she wrote down my name and information and she would call me back. NEVER CALLED, not shocked. Called today, girl told me Nicole was away from her desk and would take my number and I told her she never called back last time I called. She said I could wait on the line so I said that's fine, just need to know how many people are ahead of us. Hung up on me!!! Called back, no answer!!! My husband called hours later today and they hung up on him. WHAT A JOKE OF A DEPARTMENT!

Avoid this dealership. Charges over invoice for Ford Maverick truck. Just for thier own profits. Slimy dealer like this will hopefully go out of business. If a dealer rips you off during the buying of a vehicle, how do you trust them in the service department. 5 thumbs down

Worse experience ever! I have never posted a bad review regarding any business ever but this is the final straw. This is not the first time this dealership has given a bad experience. A quick overview, I brought my 2018 F150 in for a check engine light 09/22 at 7:15am, it is now 09/26 (5 days later) to be told it was a bad battery causing the problem. For a 5 year old vehicle with 63k miles to have a bad battery baffled me but I let it slide. Discussions between service rep and I was held in regards to not having my vehicle for so long in which I settled for having until monday 09/25. Come Monday, I called the dealership for an update in which no one was able to give me an update. I was informed that representative in charge of my service is out of office Monday 09/25 and that I should "try calling him on his cellphone". I find it funny that I have to chase around employees on their days off to find answers to my problem. It is now 09/26 and was told that they could not replicate the check engine light or figure out what the issue is. They state that the pcm is due to a bad battery. I was told that vehicle is ready for pick ip. I called at 10am for a pick up (shuttle), which is a service they offer if you live within 5 miles to their facility which I live 3.2 miles. I was told shuttle is unavailable for about an hour. I was informed 11:36 that shuttle is on its way. I had to reach out at 12:21 to ask if shuttle was on it's way in which i received a phone call apologizing that shuttle is just now leaving. Shuttle arrived 12:56 in which I informed them an hour is not enough time to get there, pick up my vehicle then pick up my kids at 2pm from school. If you as the paying customer don't like being the priority than Al Piamonte Ford is the place for you. Unfortunately they are the closest ford dealership to my area and I have to deal with them. But I will now take the extra couple miles drive to another ford dealer for future services. If my F150 wasn't paid off and it was not such a hassle to sell my vehicle for a decent price I would do so. They make me not want to own or deal with ford ever again. I hope the Cyber truck from Tesla is as good as they say it is because I will be in need of a truck once I sell my Ford F150. I have a 2021 chevy tahoe and not once have I ever had an issue. I will be recommending all my colleagues and friends to stay away from Ford let alone this dealership. Sorry for the rant but not sorry. I feel like everyone should know my bad experience so I can prevent future headaches for others.

I brought my 2016 ford taurus ( 28700 miles) for an oil change, I was told my car needed a new battery and fuel system cleaned, they did the work for $800, after the work was done,my radio system didn't work properly, i could connect my phone to the bluethooth, I didn't want to leave until the problem was fixed, after a few of inexperience people at the shop try to fix the problem, they couldn't get it done, and they all walked away. I paid for the service but they think they do me a favor.what I wanted to say is ,I come in just for an oil change,end up with others service and a broken radio system. the customer service was bad I would never come back to this place again.

If I could rate 0 I would, this location is terrible. I took my car in found out I had trans issues, It's been three weeks, I'm not receiving any update unless I reach out. I have no rental been trying no one will call me back or pick up when I sit on the phone while it ring for minutes, and this issue is thousands of dollars to get fix, I been using Ubers and Lyft which is now coming into the money for my trans. I'm a single parent and all the reps do is send you to a voicemail or phone that never picks up no assistance at all, never call back, this location is terrible. I can't believe a Ford is like this and I been with you all over 10 year ( 3 different cars). If I could of made it to where I brought my car this would not have happened! Disappointing!

They had my vehicle twice for almost 6 months and in that time frame, they couldn’t fix nor explain to me what was wrong with it. Would only tell me that they couldn’t duplicate the concerns that was affecting my car, yet both times I went to pick up my car the exact problem I took it there for occurred. I had to get corporate involved because staff had my vehicle for months at a time and service manager in charge of my car would not communicate what was going wrong with it even after verbally agreeing to do so multiple times. Dealership even tried to have me sell them my car instead of servicing it. Would never recommend this service shop if you are looking for transparency and value your time.Services: Vehicle Inspection

Pulled in to the service dept at 4 pm with broken belt on a Chevrolet and was out in 1.5 hours! Amazing!!! Had several people on it to get it done before closing!! Fairly priced also! I can't say enough about Rebecca at the desk,she actually was doing everything she could to help get me out of there!!!!! Thank you very much Rebecca!!

It was fine kinda, this one man didn't have his mask ? on, it made me nervous, I kept looking at him hoping he'd get the message and put it on, nope so when I was called to pay, well I flew out of there. I was sitting far from him but it still made me nervous.The Ford folk's had me out within an hour 45 mins.Had a recall on my doors plus did my oil change since I was already there.....

I have bought 4 Cars from this dealer and they are the worst ever for business. The Service manager make it even worse doesn't know how to handle situations instead of helping he becomes part of the problem. I'm NEVER GOING BACK !! This place is a disgrace!!!

Save yourself some aggravation, DO NOT BUY A FORD for here!Not only did they charge us $10k over the sticker price on a new truck, it has had more problems in the last 8 months then my 13 year old Nissan does.2022 Maverick: In so far for two windows stuck in the down position, two engine light issues and each time they keep your car for multiple days at a time for one excuse after another and do not provide loaners. They won't care how bad you need your car and over book their appointments all the time and lie to you and tell you only what you want to hear. They are the worst dealership I have ever had to deal with.

Zero Zero Zero RatingMy niece was the latest victim from their adjustable rate loans to needless extended warranties and then their failed responsiveness to her attempt to cancel the deal, not to mention the $5,000 above sticker price. All because she went in without someone with her who knew how to play the game with the sales staff. This was a blatant abuse of a woman in need of a car. She is paying 7% interest on the ridiculous loan. Do yourself a favor and stay away from this dump
