I realized I left my debit card at this 7 eleven around 9:30pm. I couldn’t go back or I would have been late for work. So I went back as soon as I got off around 6:30am to retrieve it. I ask the cashier ( short Indian guy with a grey beard and has a turban or some sort of wrap on his head) to check the camera to see If I actually left it there.
He gave me the meanest attitude. He suggested that I call the police in order to see the video. I also asked for the manager he mentioned there’s no manager. I asked his name he said I have no name. This 7 eleven doesn’t even have a reliable contact number. I checked my debit card account and saw that it was used at that 7 eleven. The worst part is there’s no one you can talk to about any problem you have there.

This store is so petty they insisted on charging me extra when I got exactly what the promotion was offering. It was one dollar more, money isn't the issue it's the lying they do just for a dollar! Also the lady needs to be more friendly never seen such a bitter person.

The woman working on 03/14 at 2:00pm was in the phone not paying attention to what she was doing and ended up putting the gas money for my pump on someone else's! What is wrong with the staff here ??? This is the worst 711 in the area! DO NOT GO HERE!

This place never has paper for receipt at the pumps and I need them for taxes. I'm not walking inside it happens every time I fill up.

Use caution at the gas pump. I had to go inside the store to have $80 authorized on the pump. My truck only held $65...the difference was never credited back to my account. The store's phone number doesn't answer, of course. RIPPED OFF!

Short woman with the orange hair is always yelling at the employees idk if she’s the manager or something but if she is she need to go get some more training to be a better employee i try to ask for an item and she just looked at me like I was crazy like what is wrong with that woman

Worst experience, cashier does not know what he is doing, try to get a receipt for one of the pumps and he could not even try to help, could not even know how to change the paper roll, would not ever comeback to the store.

DONT SHOP HERE!There’s a crazy lady I think she’s like Indian that works there she is very rude and disrespectful!! I rather go to the one on 19th way better and the people that work there are nice and have manners!

I visited this store for first time I can say that the customer service was top notch I was unable to find one item the lady at the register saw me and she helped me out , she was so polite and really very helpful and everything was so nicely organised and clean store they are doing a GREAT JOB….. I will definitely visit this store again and would recommend more customers to visit this store.
