10729 s. Ewing ave. Chicago, IL. Is the worst 7 eleven to go to. At around 9 p.m. it was a black man with glasses that wears the Chicago bears gear. I asked for a hot dog container and he would not give it to me. He said it was his last one and if somebody order a hot dog then what. I bought a 7 select burrito. It was by far the worst service. Then another incident I bought a cheese pizza and asked for it to be square cut. He refused and said he can cook it and I can take it home and cut it myself. Do not shop at that particular 7 eleven that man needs to be fired.

Now with this time there are 3 times that I receive very bad behavior from the employee of the night shift, the tattooed one, I wonder if he doesn't like his job, why doesn't he change his profession?

Out of all the 7/11 I've been to, I've never had the best experience at 7/11 till now, the staff were amazing, who welcoming, they gave me the best advice with location and products in the store and also new how to start conversations that actually made me respond with a smile, and the care and helpful that young lady Kim, she literally made my shopping at 7/11 feel like home, if I was the manager of this place I would definitely give her a bonus or at least a raise for literally helping me and showing that she loves her job and loves helping customers as she did with me. Thank you guys very much.

Pretty good store that has what you need most of the time. What I can't stand is the intersection it's next to, since I live near it. Not only do people not know how to drive, stop, or even pay attention, but they also can't seem to stop blasting their annoying loud music for everyone to hear. EVERY SINGLE DAY, it's the same thing, people honking, developing Alzheimer's with how to drive and playing their music so high as if everyone wants to hear it. Wish this intersection was more quiet but oh well.

Use to work there the person that owns it never gave me a raise after the 3 months of completion of being a temp so I quit. 1 person working nights expected to clean and attend mostly drunk customers, yea that was me. Neither of the emergency buttons in the store worked at the time. Nasty in back of the store. Looks like someone hoarded boxes with possibly expired stuff in it and should be a health hazard. Nasty random spills that you don’t even know what it is. Sometimes the pizza oven wasn’t cleaned. Wouldn’t recommend getting the donuts because the owner stacks the old donuts in front so you’d grab it first. He needs sells?. Just don’t grab any hot foods.
