  I received flowers for Valentine's day and was very disappointed how two of the Rose the petals fell apart as soon as I opened the arrangement. The next day the flowers did not look healthy at all.
  I know it is a very busy time of year for floral company's but flowers are not cheap either. Thank you

  The card received was for another person. Super embarrassing. They did refund me but that doesn't change the Valentine day mishap.

  Keep in mind that they are going to charge your credit card yearly if you sign up for the Passport program (free deliveries) and you are going to spend 15min on the phone trying to cancel it. They provided good services several times in the past for me, but now time to switch to Amazon for flowers. Don't like this company... read full comment
