Awful! My mom sent me flowers from 1800flowers and they used this company to make the arrangement. It was small, different flowers, different colors, wilted! She paid for a card. No card! Complete lack of attention to details! She WILL be getting her money back. The flowers look like they maybe have a day or two before i should toss them. She paid for an extra large bouquet and this is literally nothing. Do you think people arent going to check in with their loved ones?

A little late on this review but wanted to mention that I was gifted a holiday arrangement from an out-of-state sender. I'm not certain what led the sender to this local florist, and I had not heard of Guzzardo's before then. It was a Saturday a couple of weeks before Christmas, I had been at a show most of the day and didn't get home until later afternoon/early evening. The person texting mentioned he/she had a flower arrangement. While the intention was good, it might have been better for him/her to specify a company affiliation, given that phone and internet scams are all too prevalent these days. It took me a few to finally put the pieces together, going through my mental rolodex to identify the sender, so I felt comfortable texting the delivery person back. I kind of got the impression that the delivery driver was stressed or having difficulty finding my place, as it was radio silence after an initial, rapid-fire text exchange, and the ETA for delivery kept changing. To make it easier, I had gone to my lobby to await delivery, thinking the driver would be there at any moment. I ended up with the front desk professionals at my building taking delivery of the greenery and pinecone arrangement and notifying me when it at last arrived, so that I could pick it up. Adding one star for the fact that there was not a ton of packaging to dispose of, and the fact that the arrangement did not start shedding needles right away.

My son ordered flowers for me for Valentines Day. They didn’t arrive on Valentine’s Day (I was at work) and my son didn’t receive a confirmation email, call or text.So on Thursday, the 15th he called them and they told him they were so overwhelmed with orders and deliveries they thought he wanted them for the following Monday. Feb 19th. He told them no, they were suppose to deliver on the 14th. So he had to cancel that order and re order again. On Friday, Feb. 16th, my flowers came.First I will say that the water was freezing cold. 2nd, when I went to put in fresh water, the stems were all slimy, so I trimmed them. 1 day later they were droopy. 2 days later I had to throw them out because they were dying.Don’t do business with this place. Read the reviews on YELP and many others had the same experience that I had.I don’t want a replacement, I want my son to be reimbursed for the money he spent. He also ordered flowers for his wife and there were problems with her flowers as well.

They blew my Valentine's day delivery!!! Unfortunately my home address was given instead of work. However, I called at 10:30 am to have it re-directed to my job and was given some story about drivers being in zones but he was done by 3pm and could have brought them to my job, I was going to tip him for the inconvenience. Was literally on the phone with Jesus and he told me the guy would be done at 3pm. The sender didn't have my work address, he was just trying to be a nice guy.I was also told a manager would reach out to the driver and have them re-directed to my job. They told the person who bought them they deliver until 8pm. I changed my plans to get home at 6 and now they are closed, the driver won't respond to my text nor answer his phone. I was told they could deliver to my job the next day, that's not Valentine's day so that's not what was paid for, I wouldn't give them any stars!!!Disappointed is an understatement ? ???

Flowers were half-dead & damaged. Replacement sent with exactly the same damaged lillies and roses were already black on the edges. Petals started falling off immediately. Shameful to charge someone for these

This business completely ruined Valentines Day 2024 for me! My partner ordered flowers to my work and the given timeframe was 9am - 8pm. It is currently 7:38am and I received a delivery notification at 7am with a picture of my surprise flowers. Of course no one is at my job to receive the flowers during this time so they were stolen and his money was wasted. I contacted delivery and was then blocked. I do not trust this business.

Received a small arrangement that the flowers were already dying. Sender requested a resend from another vendor. Exactly the same arrangement showed up today from the same place with the same tired looking flowers. If it's damaged leave it out. Rose petals started falling off by morning. Wanted to take pics of today's delivery but driver took it away and drove off. Buyers Beware!!!

A friend sent me flowers for my birthday. The bouquet came and was beautiful, however, they didn't last very long. The white roses and white carnations must have been old flowers as they died within 2 days. They may have been damaged during delivery as the person who delivered them had them in the trunk of his car and the flowers were not wrapped in any protective covering. It was a shame as I know she paid a lot of money for them. Normally, a bouquet like this would have lasted 5 to 7 days minimum.

The floral arrangement in the shape of a cake is unique. This is a special arrangement that whoever receives it will enjoy. What was delivered wasn’t exactly what was pictured when it was ordered. The delivery driver was professional and friendly. The company texted that a floral delivery was on its way. The customer service is top notch
