Be careful drivers, I do have very bad experience today in this shop, and my recommendation to everyone to ask job cost up front before beginning!
This guy charge me today to replace one of the tire in my trailer Right Rear Inside, 150$ to take off the bad tire and put one off my spare tire!!!! I complain and after that he ask me how I will pay, and he drop price to 95$ cash pay!!!
We always do this same thing in Elk Grove village,IL for 35$ + tax!!!! I don’t recommend this shop to nobody, and just stay a way and save some trouble guys!!!

Slid off the slick highway and My truck was stuck in the mud, so i called John at 5am on a sunday morning for help and he came through pulled me out of the ditch before 6am.

DO NOT COME HERE Or CALL FOR A ROAD SERVICE, I repeat,On Wednesday September 27 I break my trailer door hinges then call this guy and asked him if he can fix my door hinges then he say bring it over I will put the hinges for you I drove 60 miles to get here when I come his shop he look at my trailer and he say I have the hinges they are $40 each and we charge $85 an hour but I can’t do it now go to the truck stop then come back in the morning, he also say we don’t give estimates,i when back in the morning he fixed my trailer door hinges with in 53 minutes I start my clock timer when he put his tools behind my trailer and stop clock timer when he took his tools back then then he charged me $568.71Hinges 49.95 each total $199.80Labor $300Unknown $51.92Tax 16.99When he finished my trailer he say we charge $150 an hour and $49.95 door hinge,He tell you $85 an hour then when he finish he will charge you $300 an hour,This guy is here to take your advantage.

Semi drivers stay away! We were told over the phone that they would be able to patch the flat tire. However the nail was to close to the side wall, so instead they charged us $1,000+ for a road call service. Beware, they are not worth it.

Passing through central Illinois with our travel trailer, we discovered that we had a broken leaf spring. John got that fixed the as soon as the part came in. Back on our way, 30 miles down the road, we had an axle/hub issue. We called on John again and he made his way to us as soon as he could. He not only advised on what would needed to be done, but allowed us to stay on his lot overnight. Although the parts for the axle repair were delayed, John was good to communicate with us the status of things.

Honest, fast service when our car had a flat tire in the area and we didnt have a spare, on a Sunday at 8pm even!

This shop was a blessing and saved us a lot of aggravation. We were traveling through the area and ran into trouble with a tire. They fixed it immediately and sent us on our way. We were thankful to find them and appreciate their service.Service: General repairs & maintenance

Absolute lifesaver. Got a TPS warning just outside Bloomington and watched the tire pressure drop from 30lbs to 13lbs by the time I reach McLean. Lady at Dixie gas station told me about John and I gave him a call. From the time I called to the time my tire was patched, it was less than 30 minutes and I was on the road again. Great work, fast, and fair prices.

Do not go here unless you're desperate and can't get anywhere else. That said, make sure you have ample time to make your delivery because this guy takes his sweet time to do simple jobs, and be prepared to be overcharged.
