Either the store cannot staff, which can question management. Or The staff have very little training due to numerous customers in LONG LINES DUE TO LONG TIMES. How long in time? Over 20 minutes+. I suppose time is relative for everyone. Do you think over 20 minutes for picking up pre-ordered prescriptions is long? Something needs to change.

Piss poor customer service, wish I could give negative stars! No one seems to know what’s going on, even the pharmacist. Sad excuse for a pharmacy!

Another one bites the dust. Screw up per screw up. It shows why the ratings of this pharmacy is so low. My doctor prescribed me some new medications. Thus pharmacy gave me a refill already. It's a kit that was ordered but what's the use if it's not complete. Pharmacy tech also is very lazy to check and correct their system.

I just moved to the area about 5 months ago. This Walgreens is AWESOME! So glad they are open 24 hours, for when an emergency arrises. The staff is very friendly and nice.

Was shopping here the other day and you won't believe who I saw. Adam Driver. He had a cart full of Nyquil and asked me if I could grab the remaining bottles on the shelf for him. He told me it was for the new Star Wars movie he was filming but I told him those movies suck. Back to the point of the review, the cigarettes are fairly priced so 5 stars

I understand that people are short staffed, so I really try to give grace- not get upset if the line is long and not get upset if I am on hold for a long time. However, I have had multiple instances over the last 4 months with the pharmacy staff here and they are just rude and unpleasant. I am a very pleasant person on the phone with them, they act as if you are an inconvenience to them, there are no pleasantries. My most recent conversation with the staff at this pharmacy was the worst. The healthcare system is confusing enough, if we do not have the ability to ask questions why are you even in business? Continued horrible experiences here.

The pharmacy is slow to respond and seems to have excuses and not helpful at all. I understand we are all busy, however some friendliness and helpfulness goes a long way, especially when dealing with high stress situations with health and prescriptions.

The Pharmacy there is a complete joke!!! The “Manager” has got to be the rudest ,most unprofessional person! I highly recommend not using them for your health needs!!!

Terrible terrible horrible experiences at this pharmacy! They delay your medication with no communication, they don’t have your medicine ready when they say they will, no effort to help you troubleshoot issues, no empathy or care. Avoid avoid avoid!! It’s only gotten worse and you can’t get a hold of anyone!

Submitted a prescription request and confirmed with my doctor they submitted that earlier in the day 4pm. This was an emergency script due to a surgery the following day. Went to pick up my prescription at 7pm and was told it wouldn't be ready until 8pm. Went back at 8pm and it still wasn't ready and kept being told "we're still working on it". Very rude staff and not attentive to customer circumstances.Update Review 11/28/2023 (still negative 10 stars at best) this pharmacy and staff are still completely disorganized and have become experts at performing the “I don’t know what you’re talking about or that we even got a request in” act. My husband received a text message alert yesterday 11/27/23 saying the medication would be ready after 8am today. At 3pm I waited in line for 15 minutes to be told “oh we don’t have anything ready for him, come back at 4:30” absolutely no regard whatsoever for customer’s time and definitely no apologies. I have since switched pharmacies from my previous endeavor, my husband has not (unfortunately for me having to try to help him pick up his medications). @walgreens catch on and stop texting us meds will be ready at a certain time when *clearly* you have undertrained and understaffed your pharmacies

The store its self is fine but the pharmacy on the other hand... not good. The wait for pharmacy is always ridiculous. They don't bother letting you know they don't carry something just send a message saying it's delayed so I give them a couple days and call them and spend AN HOUR on hold just for them to tell me they don't even carry it :/ They could have sent a message saying that and I wouldn't have wasted my time!!

I called several times and never got a person. First call I waited 10 mins until I got disconnected. Second call, I was on hold for 40 mins again this time someone pick up but hang up. Calling for the third time and it's been 23 mins still on the hold music.

Kelley in the Pharmacy is extremely rude with a bad attitude. She shouldn't be working with the public. Horrible customer service skills. She should be fired.

Pharmacist just hung up on me! After claiming they care about people! Absolutely unprofessional and unacceptable! They should be ashamed of themselves!!!
