When I visited Verizon in McHenry,I was very lucky to be served by Jimmy, one of the best customer service people I have ever met. Jimmy addressed all my problems and was knowledgeable, efficient, supportive, patient and kind. Thank you Jimmy!

If you need anything from Verizon in Mchenry you need to see Jimmy! He is the absolute best and was very kind and helpful during a stressful situation when my phone broke. Jimmy went above and beyond to help his custom and you don't see that often. Thank you so much Jimmy for your days of support and help I literally could not have done all this without you!

I went today to get a new phone because I have been saving up all year for it, the customer service made my time there super enjoyable. Everyone there was so kind, sweet, and easy to talk to. I was able to joke around with staff too, it felt very safe to be there. Haris was a big help in making my new phone experience exciting and easy. I highly recommend trying to get Haris to help you.

Check-in staff (Matt) is confrontational and attempted to defer me to call into Verizon Customer Servive instead of answering my simple question over a Verison promotion. Other staff members were friendly and helpful. I watch this same employee (Matt) belittle and push off other customers while I waited for assistance. Between customers he rushed into the back room to hide. He was not there to greet customers as they walked in.

Austin was fantastic about helping me out of a frustration situation between Google, Asurion, Verizon 1-800 call center. Couldn't be happier with the outcome and he was extremely understanding!

Getting told to call customer service simulator. The don't help, they just tell you to call a list of numbers with no results. Went to t mobile a few doors down and they gave me a new phone in an hour. This location lost my further business with verizon.

What a joke, 3 customer inside left waiting and no one came to even checked us in. I gave up after 20 min. Treat your customers with the respect!!!!!

Find it odd that you have to wait in line behind people buying new phones/setting up new phone plans in order to just buy some accessories (phone case, screen protector, extra cord). There should be at least one person that can ring up and charge out quick transactions. Easy $100 sale lost.

The guy here that took care of me was not very clear with what I needed to do. I told the guy I had a cracked screen and was not sure if they could fix it on site. He handed me the number for insurance after he put me on a waiting list to be checked in and said they would need to talk to me to pay for anything. And I was still so confused with whether or not I was going to be taken care of there. As I did not get a clear answer if they could specifically help me so I left.I am not knocking the store itself. They have helped me a ton in the past. And the staff there was really nice and friendly. It was just this particular person was frustrating to talk to.

This store has the worst customer service I have ever experienced! The employees there have zero cares about the customer and their needs. Waited almost 2 hours in a crowded store to just be told, since we were having troubles changing back to Verizon from another provider, that he was done helping us and needed to help other customers. All they seemed to want to do is sell cases and put on screen protectors. Store manager only came out to check in customers when people were waiting for hours to get help. Worst experience ever! If I could give zero stars I would!

Showed up to the store, the store manager checked us in and then disappeared into the back. With a full store of customers he didn't help a single person. The employee that did try to help us, but didn't actually do anything for us, was very rude. Would never go back to this store for anything.
