First time in this store and I was very impressed. I had multiple Amazon returns and the young man helping me took the time to explain how to tell which ones needed to be packed or not. I had assumed they could all be returned without packaging. He was very helpful and I wish I had asked his name so I could reference it here. Great customer service!

Mary and Samantha both went above and beyond to accommodate us to get an important document signed in the presence of a notary. My husband is disabled and newly on dialysis and unable to ambulate safely. Both associates gave us great customer service and offered to come out to our vehicle to assist us. I was overwhelmed and want to give them recognition.

I've been doing business with this UPS store for over five years, and now I rent a mailbox here. Mary and every one of the staff work to be courteous and helpful, especially with print projects and when shipping awkward-sized items. I did see Mary working the counter at lunch by herself a few weeks ago, and even then she kept a pleasant demeanor while she served the line. I feel like this store appreciates and supports my small business in ways a mailbox normally doesn't.

I have been here several times to ship packages with no issues. Today I stopped in to have a document notarized I was greeted by a friendly girl who when I asked about having the service she asked me to step to the side and that her co worker C******* would be right be with me. To which he stated I'm not here. She asked if any of "us" were there I could not here his reply but she just looked at me and said I'm sorry we don't have any Notaries here tonight. They both just went about as if nothing had happened with no explanation.

I return Amazon items here pretty frequently. I've received 2 emails from Amazon in the last fees weeks, stating they did not receive 2 of my items and they recharged me. These returns were done on separate visits. Sounds like someone is stealing at your store. I won't be back.

They’re always friendly and they go out of their way to help. My package needed to go to the post office not UPS. But they still packaged it for me so it was ready for the post office. Fantastic people…Thank you

Normally have great experience here but was very disappointed with todays experience. Mary was irritable, rude and not helpful at all. She should be ashamed of her poor customer service. UPDATE after response from owner: I do really appreciate you reinforcing the package. I had told my husband what a great UPS store that is and how helpful they are with packaging and so he was quite surprised by your initial dismissive attitude. That is why I came in and spoke to your associate when it was my turn in line. (Did not interrupt anyone) I am sorry if you were having a bad day. I do thank you for taking the time to respond and helping secure the package.
