The worst employees at any Tj maxx/Homegoods/marshalls I've ever encountered. My wife had an item in her hands and an employee came and took it saying someone called on the phone and asked them to hold it. She then went and put it in the employee room instead of at the registers where all the normal holds go.

Always great with exchange or return of items in case item doesn't fit gift,great variety great clearance and Candles,only 2 bad experience I trying exchange a 12$ candle that only burned 2 days burnt middle only previously,bought same it burned evenly all way down lasting 2months,I'm disabled unable to drive I always need someone to drive me going in 2 times a week looking my chocolate covered blueberries when blood sugar drops,finally asked could u please call me when in stock? Nobody ever did be careful make sure u charges correctly it's a discount store,and you have all items you got few times my girlfriend and I were missing bags

My name is Bill Rabenda and I purchased a sweater for my wife for Valentine's Day....it did not fit and being a 'man' I did not save the receipt. I returned it for a store credit and was 'denied' saying "I have too many returns" What?? I just opened this credit card earlier in the year since my wife shops here...I'm done. I don't want this card....I found out that TJX SCANS your D.L. and the info goes to a 3RD Party....after identity theft a couple of years ago, I am still suffering from it and TJX denied my return without a receipt??? They should not be scanning people's driver's license and I had absolutely No idea what they were talking about....we will donate the sweater, but I will not shop there again and I want to warn others of this 'practice' of scanning and reporting to 3rd party....that is why there is so much ID Theft!
