If I could give zero stars I would. Went there for a show and seen someone I haven’t in years, which made me a little emotional and my eyes watery. The bartenders who were working denied me a drink because my eyes looked messed up(from being upset). Even the security guard said he knew I was not intoxicated.
I’m an owner of a million dollar company and I could never treat or talk to a customer how they treated me. I will tell everyone I know to stay away from this place. They embarrassed and belittled me instead of understanding.

Bartenders are the most unclean i have seen with horrible attitudes if you don't like people get a different job .Bar is always filthy.

Been to the Vixen often with my buddy. Have a dinner nearby and then come to see the band. Today I was upset with an employee as he came over to me and asked me to move so a guest can sit in a chair by the railing behind the sound guys. I moved a bit over to the right. My buddy and I were there as soon as they let us in, before the railing was filled with guests standing behind this. As the employee asked us to move over my buddy was more behind me now and couldn’t see as good. We are both in our 60’s and needed an area to be able to support us as well. We obliged, after Pete’s Diary ended and as Jump came on, the employee came over asking me to move over more, now I was mad, we were there before anyone else there, and why should we move over to not see as clearly to let three people sit in a chair there and see perfectly. My buddy was also filing them on his phone. He finally left and I left shortly afterwards. The reason for this is if you are Cleary keeping areas for ada or reserve, WHY DONT YOU BLOCK OFF THE AREA?? I have friends that are handicap, and if it’s not a special area, they don’t get special treatment.
I hope I will return to your venue again, but right now I’m mad.
Don’t put words in my mouth! I never said I was upset that you provide accomodations for people with ADA. I said your employee basically said to me and my buddy to move, without hesitation, so he could line up three chairs for these individuals that came in anywhere from1/2 hour to 1 1/2 hour after us. And he didn’t care that now our views would be obstructed. Why couldn’t he have had two rows of chairs, so all of us could have a good view! That’s just poor procedures.

Saw lynch mob tonight they were awesome.... I talked to the sound guy three times and I think he thinks it was a disco jam....the kic on The drum was extremely loud, And I could not hear the bass player play any of his licks... After three times talking to the sound guy, he said, let me just do my job..... Maybe his jab should be on a.Rta bus in chicago, telling people to shut up...... Because he has no clue in music....

Will never step foot in this place again. I was a regular until recently the manager treated their guests horribly and now they are booking drag shows which tells you the kind of people they are. I was spending tons of money here each month and now they won't see another dime from me.

I went to a show because it was very convenient because it was in my hometown never have been to this establishment and unless a good show comes back. I probably won’t be going again. We paid a lot of money for VIP seating to have the owners hovering around our table behind us, this isn’t very cool considering our group don’t feel like being recorded when we’re out having a good time a lot of money was spent just to sit in chairs and then to have the creepiness of multiple owners standing behind you if they would like their own VIP table, they should’ve reserved one and not had them all for sale instead of crowding the high-paying customers that paid extra money not to be in a crowd.

Great place to see a show. Perfect views from everywhere. Bar service was fast, and cocktails were tasty. The sound system is great, but even though we were seated at a table against the wall on the 2nd tier of the lower level, the loud talking from everyone in the VIP balcony just about drowned out the opening act.

My girlfriend was going to the bar to buy all of us a drink then the bartender said she had to leave cause there’s a “limit” even though all the drinks weren’t just for her. The bartender asked her to leave so as we all left one of the bouncers tried starting a fight with me ,then when I told him i was in the army to back off he grabbed a 6 foot 7 300 pound bouncer then hid behind him then proceeded to run his mouth as I walked out the door. Also that’s not the icing on the cake they don’t search at the door and I had a gun on me the entire time. A venue like that should be patting people down for weapons period point blank
