Absolutely frustrated with my experience here! I brought my car in because there was a stop/start light showing on my dashboard and when I brought it in they told me that the problem was my battery. Whatever light was coming up on my dashboard was apparently draining the battery i had, so they told me they can repair in which they did and i spent almost 800 fir a new one. After I received my car with a NEW battery the light was still showing. I called and told i need to drive my car around with the new battery because my car needs to get used it. Made another appointment two weeks later because the light was still showing up. Once I brought it in I mentioned the light and also told them that when ever i drive my car around theres a rattling sound coming from either the front or the bottom of the car. They inspected it and told me that the new battery that they just installed is already going to waste because of the stupid light still showing up and that the problem with the rattling was apparently my radio… took my car in today to get the problem “fixed”, and shocking news… my car still has the rattling noise and the the light is still appearing:) another 100 dollars going to waste. Clearly my old radio was fine and not the problem, absolutely a waste of money and my time. Definitely not will not be coming back

Cristi was very helpful in our process of purchasing our new car. Brian was a really big help as well and Gene I believe his name was the one who helped us with the financing and warranty. Everyone was really nice and helpful

Brian was really knowledgeable and even though they didn’t have what I wanted on the lot, he hopped onto his computer and quickly found cars with the specifications I wanted, He was patient with me as I looked through and helped me find upgrades or packages I wanted and kept my budget in mind. It was a great price and they were excellent to work with. So I bought my car there, but I wanted to check out the service side too, and after talking to the Service Manager, I feel 100% confident bringing it there. I really liked this place. They are the real deal.

I recently purchased a new truck from Sunnyside. I named her Sugaree. My daughter also purchased her first here when she was 16, she's almost 30 now. They've always been great. Brian is always on top of everything and Cristi was fantastic to work with. I highly recommend Sunnyside to anyone looking for a great deal and easy process.

I had the best experience buying my first new car from sunnyside. Everyone was so friendly, knowledgeable, honest, and patient. We felt like we were apart of the family! Thank you to Brad and everyone else at sunnyside who helped make this normally stressful process so easy!

This was by far the best car buying experience I have ever had. My daughter and wife met with Cristi and test drove the car earlier in the week. There was never any pressure. We negotiated everything via email and phone. I walked into the dealer at 4:30 pm. Brian the business manager had everything printed out and ready for us to sign. We drove home at 5:00 pm. Amazing! Great people!

What an absolute pleasure it was to work with Mike at this dealership. Very knowledge, kind, and understanding. It is a small family dealership but you can’t go wrong buying a car from these guys! I was instantly sold on my Charger with no markups. These people care about you and will work with you to get a great deal.

Awesome experience, kept me updated as we needed a Warrenty part that was nationwide backordered. George in service was amazing.

I live over an hour away from this dealership and passed several others along the way but will definitely make the trip again in the future. Salesman Brad was very helpful with a no pressure approach and Brian was very patient and understanding of our situation. Fun atmosphere and enjoyed meeting and negotiating with them both. Even if they are Cubs and Sox fans!

Our salesman Mike was great, really put in the work to find us exactly what we needed. Brian also was great at getting the best rates. We would definitely return to this family business.

It's hard to put into words just how much I love the team at Sunnyside! I won't ever go anywhere else. It speaks volumes about their values and service when their staff stays and has been there for years! Even the owner is on site every single day! How many dealerships have you been to where you know everyone from sales and service to finance and reception? At Sunnyside, everyone is valued and the goal is for you to come back for future needs. Honesty, integrity, trust and fairness are hard to find in the world of car sales but not here! You can bet that Mike will teach you all the finer details of your vehicle because he is thorough and knows his stuff, Gene will help you with the financing, John in service will explain things in ways anyone can understand, Brian will go above and beyond to help make everything go smoothly, and even Carol in the office will make you feel comfortable when you're checking out. Everyone supports each other that even Christi can finalize paperwork when Mike is away. Other sales people, like Brad will even know you by name! So, f you're looking for a car, don't pass up this dealership. They may be small, but their hearts and dedication to the car sales industry is HUGE!

Bought a Ram 1500 from Cristi today after visiting a few days prior. Both times Cristi was friendly and helpful. She willingly answered questions and showed us features but gave us space and didn’t pressure us like others we had met during the car buying process. The manager was great, as was the finance person. All in all, a very positive and stress free car buying experience.

The service department at Sunnyside is easy to use and always a fair price. Smaller service department with a smaller atmosphere. Appointments are usually available and service is quick

I would not recommend Sunnyside dodge for repairs and service to your vehicle. I called to have my 2016 Silver 2500 Ram serviced at Sunnyside Dodge, telling them they need to test drive it and drive it at higher speeds because the engine was shaking the truck. They, instead, saw that the check engine light was on and just went off of the codes from that telling them that it had misfires. They said that I needed spark plugs and coils and that would fix the issue. They also said, unrelated to my engine shaking issue, that my water pump was leaking and I needed a new one for $1,500 along with a few other things that were unrelated but needed to be done. All told it was going to be $2,600. The truck has close to 200k on it but I figured we should go ahead and fix it since according to them it was just the bad spark plugs causing the misfires and that was shaking the engine. The next day it was ready and they said they test drove it and all was good. I paid and I drove off and within 60 seconds the check engine light was back on and the truck was still shaking. Nothing had changed so I drove back and dropped it back off. They gave me a loaner car, which is the only reason this review is getting even 1 star. A few days later they told me they had to do some more "tests" and it would cost me $300-$400. I didn't understand why these tests weren't done before but I said thats fine lets just figure it out. A week later they said that basically my whole engine needed to be either rebuilt or replaced and it would be $7,000-$13,000. I can't comprehend how we went from spark plugs to an entire engine rebuild and they didn't see this coming. They obviously did not test drive my truck originally, because the shaking was way worse than a misfire would have caused, or Sunnyside Dodge likes to try and make you spend a bunch of money and make you come back to spend even more money when they didn't actually fix anything. I'm not sure what's worse, the negligence, or the misinformation. I expected a certified Ram service shop to be able to properly diagnose my engine trouble, or at least get close. Not go from $900 dollar tune-up to 7-13k. I would have gladly paid the few hundred dollars originally to find out the issue and I just would have ended it right there and not done the expensive water pump repair or anything else, at least then I would only be out a few hundred dollars. Instead they made me believe that all would be good to go. What's worse is, when I said "no thanks" to the huge engine repair bill, I asked to come pick up my truck. They asked if I wanted them to put it back together, I asked what that meant. They said they had to take apart the engine to figure out what was wrong with it and it would be several hundred dollars to get it back together so it would run. I said I never authorized anything like that, I authorized "tests" to the tune or $300-$400. They made me feel like it was my fault for the misunderstanding. I couldn't believe the poor communication and poor diagnostics coming out of this Ram certified dealership and that this was the kind of care I was getting. This is supposed to be the best place to take my truck, not my neighbors garage. They knocked the reassembly and "tests" bill down to an even $500, down from several hundred. Mopar sent me a survey afterward asking how my experience was. I gave a very poor review, and the survey asked if I wanted to be contacted by the dealership after, and I indicated yes. It has been several weeks now and I haven't heard anything. I spent $3,100 dollars at this service shop and my truck is still not fixed or any better than it was when I brought it in. I guess I have a new water pump which doesn't really help me much on a truck that has the check engine light on and flashing and shouldn't drive it. I also smell antifreeze when I turn the heat on, which wasn't there before. I would recommend going anywhere else for repairs.
