After buying a 11 equinox Lt. 25 miles later smoking . Found out that after a oil change won't smoke until 25 miles later. They new this because it just had a oil change.

I bought my Jeep here almost two years ago. They were honest with me about what work it needed. And it has been doing me good since. So good that me and my father went and bought another vehicle from them. Highly recommend. A once in a lifetime honest used car dealer!! Edit: My Jeep and my father's s can are still on the road and doing us good. So good infact that my two dogs and I travel the country together full-time in my Jeep. It is now February of 2022 almost five years later!!

Recently bought a vehicle from Rose, 10/10 would recommend! The guys there are honest and prices are fair. The vehicles are solid and they make sure to thoroughly go through them before putting them on the lot. Will definitely get my next car here too.

Traveled from Madison, WI to test drive vehicle.Our original appointment to test drive a vehicle we were interested in was in the AM on Saturday 11/28. We arrived and no one was there. The sign on the door said "will return at 10:30" (our time). We stuck around until about 11:15 waiting for someone to show up. We then went to surrounding area to kill time. Owner finally called back (around NOON) and rescheduled for 1 PM that day. We returned right on time and again no one there. They finally showed up.This should have been a sign to turn around and run!We test drove the vehicle, everything went fine and we loved it. Offered to put money down on the vehicle to hold it. We had an appointment with our credit union to confirm financing Monday (yesterday, 11/30). It was a sure thing given our good standing credit and both are employed. He stated "doesn't like taking down payments to hold vehicles"We found out why!!!I called and left a message Monday night that we secured financing (check in hand, vehicle registration pre-paid for and temporary license plate printed). He called me this morning with "some bad news" that some guy offered him cash for it last night at 5 PM (which by the way they close at 5 PM) but they somehow were there for a person to walk in and make a cash offer.So he sold the vehicle from under us. When my boyfriend called him wanting to verify that it was sold (because it was still on their own website), he wouldn't answer his phone. Bret called a few times and the owner actually turned off his phone.Shady and unprofessional. I would never recommend them to anyone.
