Absolutely terrible!!!! The employees here have absolutely no customer service, beyond rude, will hang up on you or screen there calls and refuse to answer!! So unprofessional!! When I asked to speak to a manager of some sort a random girl picked up phone told me oh well and hung up on me !! Make the extra ten min drive and go to any other State Farm then here!!! The people running mchenry location are absolute trash!!!!

Roger Beeler and State Farm is truly a Winning Combination. I’m 60 years young and have worked with a lot of insurance companies over the years.Working with Roger Beeler and State Farm I have to tell you I have never been treated Better, in general I speak to Austin when I call and he is not only incredibly Competent in his Job but also takes the time to treat you like Family.Thank you Roger for hiring such individuals and thank you Austin for all your help ?

Briana helped me with setting up my insurance policies with my home and vehicles. I recently switched insurance providers as I was not happy with the services I was getting from my previous carrier. I was looking into home insurance since I was getting a great deal on car insurance. I called and spoke to Austin and he was able to explain a previous quote, and get me a great quote on my home insurance and an even greater quote on car insurance and made the whole process painless!

Fantastic service!!! I have been working with Briana for a few months now on our car, homeowners, and some other insurance issues, and she has been beyond incredible!
