“Natalie is a great team member and made my girlfriend and I feel very comfortable and relaxed as she educated us about the ferrets that were there! We're thinking of getting one (probably 2, can't leave em without a buddy!) and the girlfriend has never had one so Natalie let us hold em, let em move around, and gave us great insight. If I were to live in the area and think about getting one I would come back there, thanks for the assistance!”

“A gentleman working the store today offered to help me with heavy litter and I declined but thanked him. While walking to line a guy (holding no products) cut me off instead of letting me put the heavy litter bag onto the belt. After holding this heavy bag for a while I just put it down while waiting in line because I couldn’t hold it anymore. The staff member who offered to help previously opened his lane and also offered to grab the bag for me!
He should teach the other guy how to be a decent human. Man or woman I would let anyone go ahead of me if they had one heavy order. God forbid you wait an extra couple minutes! Thank you for all your help! Give this man a raise!”
