Don't let them put you on hold when you call. Give'm your number and aske'm 2call you back. It works ! They're good at find'n what need. I forgot the manager's name but she's a big help.

The assistant manager, Joe, was very kind and helpful; and even put in my cabin air filter for me. Definitely much better than other auto parts stores in McHenry.
