I had to make a return of some online items. The online process required me to either drive 50 minutes out of my way or depend on USPS for a return. Making the decision to go into the store did not disappoint. I was greeted as I entered the building and associate at the counter was friendly and knowledgeable.

The people at this Old Navy are always pleasant, helpful, and really go above and beyond for the customer in interactions I’ve had with them as well as ones I’ve overheard while there.
