The service here is horrible, the wait is insane and everyone is disrespectful. I will never come back to this location. The hospital has better service.

I went into the clinic first thing in the morning when they opened at 8:00 am and was seen almost immediately. Everyone was friendly and professional. Would go to this facility again.

Everyone was friendly and professional. Felt like they listened to my concerns and I'm happy with my treatment.

Urgent care-less maybe. I went in there today(1/2/2024) at 445 and they asked if I had an appt? Urgent care?? I said no so they said they couldn't see me without because they were booked with appts. I then asked if I could get appt for tomorrow at 8a and they said they don't take appts unless they get too busy?? What? So it should be called not so, urgent care! Or maybe we don't care.

Even with PPO insurance I'm being stuck with $2,500 out of pocket expenses. You can't put a price on health, but the actual value of the physical therapy was very low. I attended about a dozen half hour sessions and none were more vigorous than getting a hot compress, and doing freeweight/stretching exercises that I could have done at home. NM gets +1 star back because they're allowing me to finance these charges until 2026 without interest. The healthcare system in this country is a joke and I'm the walking punchline.

I came here for sinusitis since it came on acutely and had the most severe symptoms I have had for sinusitis. Jamie Price, PA was kind and very knowledgeable. I was reluctant to take steroids for the sinus inflammation, but she explained it was severe case of sinusitis and she was right. I am so glad I followed her instructions since I had very quick relief the next day and was able to be more productive the next day and travel for work the following day. Thank you!

Not a lot of hospital affiliated immediate care facilities are open so late on a Saturday. We came to this location because the Huntley wait time was longer. We still had a two ey were slammed all day with very long wait times. We had Eric L. Even with nonstop patients he was kind and thorough. My daughter was calm around him. After the long wait it was very nice to have someone so kind. The receptionist was very sweet as well.

Daughter was taken for possible strep. The swabbed for both rapid and a culture. Rapid was negative. We kept her home for the next 3 days from school, waiting for results and because she was still sick. My husband called on day 2 and was told don’t worry we will call when results come in. Day 3 he called and they told him oops, they never did the culture. Our options were to give her he prescription anyway or bring her back for another swab (which I’m sure would have been another copay!).1 star because I can’t give 0 and because the doctor was pleasant.

If I could give them a Zero I would! We have had numerous horrible experiences with Northwestern Immediate Care - McHenry & other nearby locations as well.Today was no better.Which bothers me extremely due to the fact that I used to work for NIMC (McHenry Hospital). My youngest son was given a bloody nose by staff & they didn't do anything to help it. I had to take care of it. When I mentioned it to the 1 doctor he didn't even care. We went in this morning because we have Strep. They did prescribed my youngest something but, nothing for my oldest son & I. The 2 doctors & staff also laughed at us & made us wait extra long on purpose.I called our normal primary while we were there & again after we left. He is the 1 that ended up helping us & prescribed my oldest & I something so easily & fast over the phone.

Not an immediate care. We walked in at 2, and were told the only appointment was at 7. Why call it an immediate care if it's not immediate?

It was your average Urgent Care. It was pretty busy. I showed up 10 minutes before they opened and was the second person in line, but by the time the doors opened, there were 6 or 7 people behind me. Registration and nurses were average, but Dr. Rosanwo was really good and explained things well.

I have not always been ecstatic with the bedside manners, but I have been thoroughly satisfied that I am in the best of hands always. It is comforting to know that Northwestern is always rated high in the nation for care and it is nice to be part of helping train the next generation of health care professionals as well as getting healthy. Getting old sucks, so I'm very grateful to have my Northwestern doctors to help me.

Waited 2 hours and 40 minutes for a broken toe. Then waited another 30 minutes in a room. Never met with a doctor. Nurse practitioner only. While waiting, I saw no less than 3 food deliveries. Poorly run and understaffed.
