I would leave 0 stars if I could. They are SO rude to those that don’t bank with them! Simply went in for a license plate sticker as they are closest, happy to pay non banking fee. Not happy to tolerate rude service! The same thing happened years ago. Will never deal with them again.

With MSB compliance, complacency and 'criminal' lack of oversight, they assisted in the theft of more than $400,000.00 by one of their clients, from his own, elderly father. When confronted with the evidence, they obstructed, made excuses & lied... led by the Marinangels. HORRIBLE human beings! Take your money elsewhere!

A community bank without technology, customer service, nor competitive products. I've held my tongue for far too long--being a customer for over 10 years. The loan department is one of the worst I've ever been associated with. There is no way to pay online, and they give you a book (circa 1950's) to rip off every month. Very cumbersome and confusing. Lucky for me, my amortization schedule is almost complete.

Only experience I have is a boat loan with no problem. Had a question/issue and Amy H from the bank was all over it and extremely nice. Very good experience based on her response, knowledge, timeliness, and great personality. Thank you for the help!

Most things I love about McHenry savings but their card activation system is a pain and asks for info then tells you you e put in the wrong information. It's been four years and complain every year. Never heard a word from them other than tellers apologizing and saying they know. Ill keep complaining but will eventually bring my businesses business elsewhere. This is a stupid problem that's easy to fix yet they dont. Not do they contact me. And all it does is cause me the hassle of taking time out of my day costing me money lost. That's not the purpose of a bank nor do i believe its your goal. Yet you dont fix this stupid error. Wonder if im gonna hear this time. Or if it will continue yo fall on deaf ears.

Definitely not a professional bank. Never will I speak good of management that works at this bank. CEO is afraid of his own AVP of loans. So sad to see a company that has the right tools just 1 bad manager leading by fear instead of example.

Trying to set up a recurring outgoing funds transfer. The bank employees cannot do this and the online app is unusable for this purpose. Terrible customer service, no help from bank staff, online service doesn't work.

My wife and I initially were looking for another bank better than where we were and they were local. We got accounts and set up a savings account for our 2 year old. A few months in we started getting notices in the mail about fines and fees. And they were always after the fact or they would send notices for the safety deposit box as over due weeks after the fact even though we never actually got a bill. We never are late paying bills or anything in our household. The last straw was a maintenance fee for my child's savings account. Stay away they will nickel and dime you to death.

My husband and I have been trying to refinance a loan with them since mid April. I was told it would close by end of May. Still not closed left a message for Kelly last Friday and still no call bank.

Hands down the worst customer service I have ever experienced in my life I suggest using another bank Today marks 2 weeks and 10+ phone calls and voice mails that still have not been returned
