Purchased 3 stems of Dendrobium orchids. The flowers were used at a cafe and winebar "Niche cafe and winebar" in Lake Geneva for an event... so fyi they make me drive all the way down here because.. and i quote "Lockers is my first choice. The flowers are the best there."

Locker’s Flowers ~ A well deserved endorsement for the amazing experience we received.
This past Mother’s Day and on a short notice, I ordered a flower arrangement from this location to surprise my wife who just birthed our baby boy on Saturday.
I was completely impressed with John “the owner” on his professionalism and care to deliver the best arrangement possible for this double special occasion.
My wife loved the arrangement, the attention to detail they put in on our order and it was exactly what I was hoping for.
I highly recommend this business
Their customer service is second to none.
The flowers quality were outstanding, exceeding all my expectations.

The people from Lockers were by far the most sweetest people ever! I called last minute and wanted a small bouquet of flowers to surprise my girlfriend. There was a sweet young lady named Alex, and I kinda just told her some colors and being clueless with what kind of flowers would look good together. She made such a beautiful arrangement!!!! Also the sweet lady at front also gave me some recommendations for some nice restaurants near the McHenry area since I’m not from around here.

Don't use them, they deliver to the wrong address and don't do anything about it. I called them twice and they never mentioned they left a message for the recipient. The fault is on the driver not verifying they delivered to the correct address, not the recipient who wasn't aware they were receiving a gift of flowers to celebrate their 25 year wedding anniversary. The surprise, of course, was ruined thanks to the delivery debacle.

I received flowers for my birthday. This review is coming from a former floral designer of many years. My husband called FTD to place the order and Lockers fulfilled the order. First, the roses were wired and completely open and mushy to the touch. A rose should have a hard bulb which tells you it is new and will last longer. The lily was brown as were the roses. In cold weather you should always wrap the flowers in clear wrap or tissue. These were delivered with neither! The cold air can damage flowers and make them wilt faster. I called the florist right away after receiving the arrangement and the only thing she was worried about was me sending pics and emailing to them. I never received a call or email back to try to remedy the problem. Very poor customer service! We called FTD for a full refund! I would not recommend this place of business to anyone for floral designs! There are many other places who actually care to give you something beautiful for the money you spend to send something special to someone!

I ordered flowers for a funeral and they were beautiful! I placed my order last minute and I was amazed at the quality and quantity of the flowers in the arrangement. Thank you so much for being understanding and accommodating for my needs. Lockers has definitely shown me they will go above and beyond. They are my new go to for all my flower needs!

It's been a year since we said "I do" and every time we reflect back on that day, we're still so grateful to have chosen Locker's as our florist! I would highly recommend Locker's Flowers. I received flowers from a friend and they were beautiful. I was shocked to see that they actually wired their roses and sunflowers, I've had family in the florist business when I was younger and remember them wiring the roses and thought this was a lost process in our fast paced world. Wiring the flowers really makes a difference in how the arrangement lasts, so thank you, Locker's Flowers for taking the time to do it right, it didn't go unnoticed! Thank you!!!

Great personalized service with very friendly and knowledge staff! Beautiful plants, flowers, and arrangements, that one can customize. In a hurry? Select a great prearranged basket. Want it done your way? A staff member will show you what's available and you can customize your arrangement with as much or as little input as you want. Most recently, they did an amazing job assisting with a floral arrangement inside a plant for a centerpiece at a family Celebration of Life, but I've even used this florist to purchase small arrangements to present my children after a play up in WI. The staff ensured the flowers wouldn't wilt during the hot, 90 minute drive or 2hr performance.

They were able to create a beautiful flower arrangement on short notice for a funeral for a coworker. My other coworkers all loved the arrangement and thought it was perfect for our beloved friend and coworker. It was a shared bright moment for all of us in a time of grieving, and I don’t know if 5 stars are sufficient for that moment. Thank you so much Locker’s Flowers.
