I had a wonderful experience at Kathrine's Bridal when I found my dress last minute. The service was nice and very helpful. I appreciated that I was able to try on many dresses without feeling rushed. Overall, a great experience!

I went to a few different bridal dress shops looking for the perfect one for my big day, and knew of Kathryn’s through my new brother-in-law. I almost immediately found my perfect dress and Kathryn and her staff were amazing throughout the entire process! If you are looking for your dream dress, you will most definitely find it here! My MOH made an appointment for noon on April 6th and got two confirmation emails for noon and 3pm. They then sent a text saying they had spoken to my MOH to move the appointment to 3pm as two requests had come in for noon. No one called me or my MOH before rescheduling the appointment. So they moved the appointment instead of calling first and lied about talking to us. My MOH called 30 minutes after making the appointment to ask what happened and then asked to cancel but was told she would have to pay a cancellation fee. On their website, it states you have to pay that fee if canceling 48hrs or less before the appointment. Not 3 weeks.

I went to buy dresses for my bridesmaids. I felt unwelcomed. The customer service was horrible. There's one sales associate who tried to make me feel good, but she was discouraged from assisting me. I should have walked away, but because of the deadline, I was forced to buy the dresses. I regretted buying from there. I should have gone somewhere else.

Lanna is the absolute best! From first trying in the dresses as a trial run to saying “yes to the dress!” Lanna was there through it all and was so kind and patient with us! She was a huge part of why we chose to go back to Kathryn’s and pick the dress! Thank you Lanna for everything!

Fair Godmothers! That is what this bridal salon is! I went in newly pregnant worried about a wedding dress and they took that worry and allowed me to feel beautiful in every dress I tried on. When I was postpartum, the seamstress was my biggest cheerleader, allowing me to go down to last minute, because she knew losing the baby weight the natural way was important to me. The staff was an absolute delight to work with. They are knowledgeable and genuinely sincere. They have so many different styles of dresses to choose from and can find your dream dress just by some pictures and talking with you. They help you step by step and are great at communicating what is needed next. I will forever love Kathryn's bridal!

I had the best wedding dress shopping experience at Kathryn’s Bridal! There were SO many options and styles of dresses. The associate I worked with (Lanna) was so amazing and patient with my mom and I during our first visit. Lanna actually picked out the dress I ended up buying! It was such a good experience that BOTH my mom and sister bought their mother of the bride and maid of honor dresses there too! Thanks for everything! :)

If I could give more than 5 stars I would! Everything about Kathryn's Bridal exceeded all of my expectations. It was a one stop shop for me and found my dream wedding dress during my first visit. The entire staff is so warm and welcoming and treat you like family. From making my appointments to visiting the store for various try ons to answering all of my questions in between, Kathryn's Bridal definitely knows what they are doing. They have so much knowledge and experience being able to listen to what you are looking for and being able to select the exact dresses that match your desires. I could not recommend Kathryn's Bridal enough!

So happy with my beautiful wedding dress!!! I stumbled upon Kathryn's after having a not so great experience at another bridal shop. I searched the dress I loved from the other shop and saw Kathryn's had it in stock. They were able to get me right in and I absolutely loved my experience there. My stylist was so down to earth and listened to what I wanted. I tried on some other dresses but ended up picking the original dress I called about. I never knew how important a bridal experience was until having such amazing success at Kathryn's. My stylist even knew to order my dress for the "shorter" bride which ended up saving me alteration costs! Their seamstress made my dress fit like a glove!!!! My dress was so beautiful, I had so many compliments on my wedding day, one friend said looked like a Disney princess, lol.That was all made possible by Kathryn's. I'm so grateful to have found them!

I came to Kathryn's to find my dress because I saw the shop carried a designer I was interested in. The experience at Kathryn's was relaxed and professional. After trying dresses at a couple other stores, I was feeling self-conscious, frustrated, and defeated. At Kathryn's, I actually had fun! I found a perfect dress and ordered it. Once it was delivered, there were only a few weeks until my wedding, so Laura, my seamstress, was able to squeeze me into her schedule and start working with me. She got the dress beautifully fitted in plenty of time. During my fittings, Laura also consulted with me about jewelry and nail polish colors. It was so helpful and thoughtful all the way through.On the day of our wedding, putting on that dress made everything feel real. I got so many compliments on my dress and so many comments about how unique and beautiful it is. It was comfortable, gorgeous, and held up like a champ after being stepped on by plenty of people.I don't plan on getting married again, but I would whole-heartedly recommend Kathryn's to anyone in the wedding-dress-buying process.

I had an amazing experience at Kathryn’s Bridal! Everyone is so welcoming and I felt they were by my side through all the bridal stress, especially my seamstress Laura. She was absolutely amazing and no matter what reassured me that everything was going to be perfect. I miss all my dress fitting appointments!
