I was treated very rudely by a young man and the ladies working at the pharmacy for no reason.It really was upsetting to me. Nobody should treat anyone this way.

Service is very slow, minimal sense of urgency when there is a line, no customer concern (ie, sorry for your wait, thank you so much for waiting, etc), my auto fill prescriptions aren’t ever ready on time. The only good part of this pharmacy is the pharmacist Justin. He’s wonderful!

This is a great pharmacy. The pharmacists and the pharmacy techs are always helpful and courteous. They fill and refill my prescription promptly. I get text message reminders. You can't really ask for more. Recommend.

I’m getting very frustrated with Jewel McHenry. Generally the prices are higher than Meijer and the produce quality is not as good. However, the Just4U deals make the trip worthwhile.

I called to let the Deli Mgr know that for two weeks in a row, some female employee gave my husband and a Chicken Thigh instead of a Breast . I guess you have to watch these people like a Hawk to see that they're doing! He was very rude and almost hung up on me! I just wanted him to know there's a problem with employees identifying Chicken parts! I was calm and polite but this guy didn't want to hear it! Very distressing. - I've shopped at Jewel for 20 yrs and things are really going downhill at this location!

went to jewel in McHenry after failing to find cooked chickens at Meijer and Walmart. Chicken at Walmart 4.50. Jewel wants 10.00 disgusting greedy people talk about price gaughing!!

Finally got my 2nd shingles vaccine because of the big sign outside letting folks know it was available. The Osco pharmacy staff is fantastic!!! They patiently kept at it until my insurance card was accepted and payment was approved. The Jewel side of the store could use a refresher course in customer service. Not very friendly, except at the checkout. And why were all the shelves being restocked at 9:30 on a Saturday morning? Geez, excuse me for trying to buy products from you. Don't let me interrupt your conversation with a fellow employee about some card game you should play together. I'll just try to get by the cardboard boxes and stocking carts. First, and only time, customer. Never again.

While checking out at the self check out I had 4 liters of soda and 3 12 packs of soda and some popping corn I scanned all item and forgot the pop corn so had to make another transaction . The 4 bottles of soda I didn't bag because they fall thru the bag so I have cloth bags in the car. Now I'm 83 been shopping at jewel since 1976 and never place the soda in the plastic bags. So I am slow checking out must of been there at least 5 to 10 mins .On the way out a clerk watching this area came up to me and demanded to see the receipt for the soda bottles because I didn't bag them I told her I never bag the soda's ! She still insisted on seeing the Receipt! I told her that "does she think I didn't pay for them" She said"She didn't see me scan the items I said I have been here for least 10 min and because she didn't see me , It's not my fault she didn't see me ! I told her she was embarrassing me ! I asked to see the manager who was giving me the I don't care attitude . I asked if there was anti theft Items on the exit doors and "he said no" and I looked and pointed them out and he denied that was a anti theft device and turned his back and left . I did show the receipt to get out of there ! They didn't care they insisted that they didn't know why I didn't bag the soda I told her if you missed my scanning she wasn't there and get more help . If I was going to take something it sure wouldn't be 4 bottles of .99 cent soda. I felt very embarrassed and I called their main office and they too said I was treated wrong. I was in the service business for 40 years and never treated a customer like that !They should of waited till I exited the store and then I would of showed the receipt but they asked me while I was still at the register and getting read y to leave after I finished a phone conversation . So I was there after the purchase for at least 2 to three minutes total time about 8 to 10 minutes.

Great service, friendly, timely, these nice people took the time to help me find the best discounts when my insurance failed me. I switched all my meds to Osco in McHenry, Il. You couldn't ask for better!

Warning & Questions. Purchased here; Instacart is a fantastic and invaluable service. Their customer service is above reproach and bar none. They have no business being partnered with Jewel-Osco who is liters beneath them. Jewel-Osco cannot keep their items in stock and never have proper quantities available and is consistently and completely unable that they need to pull their expired products off their shelves. This does NOT keep them from advertising their sales. As to the shoppers, I cannot say how and if they are trained. Despite my extensive notes specified in my profile, they have brought me expired items in 5 out of 6 orders that I have now placed. This includes, meat, beef to be exact, and salads that are supposed to be fresh. Instacart has refunded me and then some in every and each case. How is this any kind of partnership? Kathrine just for starters, I demand my $13.43 tip given to you, be returned to me. You did not earn this money. Kathrine you should be fired. I want the 5 star review rating that I gave to you so hastily to you mistakenly thinking that you had dine right, taken down immediateky. Kathrine, you are less than terrible at your job. Your careless actions in the pursuit of money as I can only imagine, could have killed me and my two precious dogs. We did not deserve this. There are currently two cases open with the FDA & a case open with Conagra Brands, the makers of the dried out packaging of the expired product that you so carelessly delivered to my home. Do not be surprised to hear from them. So what I ask you is this, what the heck are these Healthy Choice Power Bowls? What is this serving bowl made from Plant Based Fiber? What about the 23 g of protein? Why did this product catch on fire in my microwave at 3:35 when the directions say high for 4:30 - 5:30? Why did this expired product since Apr 14, 2019 catch on fire in my microwave and threaten to start my house on fire? My entire first floor is filled with smoke and this bowl is on fire. Now the top floor is completely filled with smoke and the dogs are outside in the rain. My dogs were down there with me and they were petrified. My dogs were choking on smoke and one almost passed out. I am myself with cancer in my spine, coccyx and femurs, bedridden and could not escape the smoke in my lungs and eyes and was forced to put my dogs out in the dark and rain. Someone will be replacing my built in burnt and scorched microwave oven. Someone will be removing the smell of the burnt plastic and food in my home. At this point it is only a matter of who. Tonight I fine Sweet Earth Natural Foods Chana Masala, expired Jun 17 2017. They are more parts ice and less parts food and I purchased four of them in the hopes that they would be somewhat special. I was extremely fortunate enough to avoid another disaster perpetuated by your careless actions. This is not over by any means so be in guard. Instacart will be dealing with Jewel-Osco. I am out. We will see where the chips may fall. We shall me.
