Good place for needing a freight carrier

3 days in a row no capacity to pick up. Its unfortunate because we never had issues in the past. Also very odd they cannot take the pick up info and provide service the following day, only told to call back tomorrow is a strange policy.

I used to deliver freight there from Tartan transport in Toronto and I would spend the day there while their driver took my trailer and loaded it around Chicago for Toronto.
The people at J.A.Frayte were the nicest and most helpful people that you could ever meet.
There are just some companies that you never forget and J.A.FRAYTE is definitely one that I will always remember.
Thank You to everyone there who have given me so many great memories of Trucking and the people who work at J.A.FRAYTE from the drivers to the office staff.

JA Frate has been amazing. I had a time sensitive import shipment that needed to be picked up and immediately delivered to a convention center nearby. Not only did they give me a great rate, but they also had incredible customer support. Their driver was at the airport when they opened waiting to receive the freight and truly did immediately deliver to the convention center well ahead of schedule. Their customer service team kept me posted as to every little detail and were incredibly patient about me chasing them for updates. I would definitely recommend using JA Frate. They show great care for their cargo and incredible customer support. Thanks again JA Frate!

We are used to seeing JA Frate make deliveries into our facility, and we have an occasional delivery that we call them for as well. They have always provided us with exceptional service. Last month, we had a specialized pick-up. The driver arrived at our customers pickup location, and, although the freight was ready, it was not in the condition that we expected. The driver never complained, and helped load the truck in order to make the delivery back to our facility. When he came to our location to drop the goods off - he was great! He offered to help unload the truck - as it was approaching closing time and he knew the warehouse was anxious to close. He definitely went above and beyond. Awesome customer service!!
