A nice clean well organized store and a delight to have in our neighborhood!!! The staff are all very nice and friendly and the shopping is always enjoyable as the merchandise changes frequently so shopping on a regular basis is highly recommended!

So frustrated with this location. Today I went to this location and had a few items to purchase. As I was checking out I remembered I had a 10 dollar rewards that I forgot to bring. The cashier seemed annoyed that I asked her to place my items on hold to go home to get my reward slip. I go all the way home and come all the way back to stand in a 10 person deep line with my coupon. There was one register open and the manager standing behind the counter helping a guest that took forever. Instead of him checking out a few customers after he was finished what he was doing he calls for backup instead of just helping the next customer. I waited in line for 15 minutes. Literally everyone around me was about to bail on their items because the line was taking so long. I get to the register and realize I had to download this rewards! Ugh! it was not working. The two cashiers were NOT helpful at all. I asked them if they could help me and they said no, they both looked at me with puzzled glances. They didn't bother to call the manager for help and no one knew how to help me download this rewards and they would not give me the 10 dollars off anyway. As a part time target employee we help our guests so much. These rewards can be confusing and it's up to the cashiers to know how to help and if they don't they need to call a manager. This place has gone down hill since the opening. Very poor customer care. IMO.
