The prices have gone up a lot. I understand that a business needs to make money, but when there are brand-new, nicer, and cheaper options elsewhere, I'm not really inclined to shop here. I saw the same capris at Walmart that were on clearance for $1. They were selling them for like $6 at Goodwill. It's also been messier lately. There are aisles where it looks like things are just shoved onto the shelf. There's more junk, too, that is literally falling apart.

The ladies room is a little uncomfortable, the main door doesn't close.

Josh doesn't know how to communicate with customers. Not a hi not a bye. I said thank you and he was dead silent. Terrible customer service. No eye contact just miserable look twice now. I have a full time job too and come here sometimes after work with my 2 kids. No excuse to be that pathetic at work! I'm ashamed to be part of this generation. No work ethic or customer service personality

Looks nice but most things do not have a price tag on them, and if it does the price is way out of line. it seems like it's all just old inventory no one wants throwen around on the shelves. Not like other Goodwill stores with the color coded tags to rotate inventory, I'll pass on revisiting.

Unprofessional management. One of the employee mocks customers with manager support. Never come back.

Don’t trust the posted hours or external signage. Donations are not accepted always when store is open.

I love coming to this good will, everything is clean and the staff are really nice. I always tend to find things that are really interesting and/or useful. Though I especially love looking through their movies, as they have such a large amount, that it ends up being an adventure of its own. While I tend not to and come out for the sole purpose of going to goodwill if I am in the area I will definitely stop by.

Compared to other goodwill this one is very dirty. Lazy and rude donation attendants they just look at you stupid while they make you unload everything without helping and even ask you to organize your stuff.

Overpriced. Crazy prices as if these were brand new items with warranties. And good luck if your trying to donate items. They are very picky and lazy about items they feel like taking. Save your time and shop anywhere else.

Boycott. Why?Did u know all stores have compactors to destroy what wont sell. They sell high end goods on website. Overpriced, stores sales are cheaper. Disservice to community. We r now donating only to Salvation army.Horrible, shame on this company!!!!!

They have to have the laziest workers, and I say that word “workers” loosely, helping you get rid of your stuff. The three little boys stand around and watch even as the elderly unload. Please take donations anywhere but here. The store inside is trashed. But then they want you to round up. Goodwill CEOs make upwards of $500,000. It’s an embarrassment to organizations like the Salvation Army that do try to help the poor.

Found some good deals here. Nice place to shop to help ease rising costs inside big box stores. I get my work clothes here too

They use to have $1.23 sale on the last Tuesday of the month but stopped it claiming covid. Now it seems that the clothing they get FOR FREE is being price way to high. I've seen price tags from the retailer on things saying $1.00 and they have it prices at $4.99 or higher. It's ridiculous. They are literally given the items for free! And drop off now has become B.S. I use to love donating cause the kids there doing their court service would help unload. Now they want you to drag the stuff to the bins, empty the bags (no garbage can for the empty bag btw) and sort your stuff for them. I'm sorry what!? No thanks. I'll take my stuff to salvation army for now on. Goodwill has gotten greedy and lazy

Worst drop off sevice...employees watch, didn't help unload. Only place I have ever experienced such poor service...won't be back.
