30 + minutes in store, Twice now for simple cylinder exchanges. Not very friendly customer service.It really seems as though they do not want to help the lower dollar customers.

I have worked with GW Berkhiemer for 40+ years. Was a loyal customer for the vast majority of this time. Although they have gone through many changes, as expected, but their seems a focus on the larger companies. Being a small company, they have priced themselves out of reach for myself.
