It's impossible to call the McHenry bank location directly. You always have to leave a message and wait for a return call. It would be nice if they answered the phone. I don't know any other bank that does this.

Waited over an hour to talk to a banker, the bankers both had customers over an hour which is a knock in and off itself, but then one banker decides that’s the time to go on lunch. Didn’t get anything done. Easily worst experience with a bank ever

Personally haven't had any issues besides a few times waiting around because "system has to restart" or a few to many people in line and only one front teller. But nothing I would actually complain about

Completely understaffed. Had to wait 90 minutes for a banker to help me remove and add someone to my checking account. Not even enough chairs to sit in.

I Walked in and was looked at as if I was a ghost...Announced I Wanted to open a savings account *AWKWARD SILENCE & STARES* Finally was asked to have a seat at reps desk...again *AWKWARD SILENCE* I explained again I wanted to start a savings account....I had to look around to spot literature about my options...Once I spotted a pamphlet and asked if I could have one...the rep opened it up and placed it on the desk in front of me...Again..AWKWARD SILENCE*** And then asked for my id...I walked out ..
I will gladly take my business elsewhere

TheiWait times on the phone are unknown because I haven't had enough time to wait they say up to 2 hours service is terrible in one week we have yet to talk to a human being. We hate Old National!

This bank has been so family friendly. My mom banked here for years and they always took the time to speak with her and explain everything they were doing. They have always been respectful and patient. Their kindness has made this a generational institution.

Shadiest bank. They take money from you that's how they have to stay in business. Cash a check and they are expecting the check to bounce before it does and charge their $36 because your account is short a few bucks at the time. No wonder they had to close branches.
