Very poor follow up. Called Michael several times, each time leaving a message. Never got a return phone call. Needed to cancel homeowners insurance due to the passing of my mother. No return phone calls or cancelation of insurance. 2 months later still getting past due notices from Farmers. I would definitely look elsewhere.

Michael is totally unresponsive to phone calls, voice mails, or e-mails. If you want someone to manage your retirement portfolio, choose a different agent.
