The salesman and technician went above and beyond to make sure I was fully satisfied with the vehicle. Needless to say, I was very excited about the purchase and love my new truck! My recent dealings with DART Motors were unfortunately far from satisfactory, and I believe it's important to share my experience for the benefit of potential customers. The journey began with the purchase of a 2010 Lexus HS, priced at $12,000. I made a down payment of $3,500, anticipating a smooth transaction and clear terms.However, the financial aspect of the deal quickly became convoluted. Despite my down payment, I found myself owing $13,000, a figure that was not in line with our initial agreement, leading to unexpected financial strain.Beyond the financial discrepancies, there were specific maintenance promises made by DART Motors. They assured me that the pads and rotors of the car would be replaced. Despite these assurances, within a week of use, I encountered significant alignment issues with the vehicle. The car consistently veered to the left, especially noticeable on highways, indicating a clear deviation from the promised condition.When I returned to address these issues, I was met with a frustrating experience. I had to re-explain the situation, consuming more of my time without immediate resolution. This lack of attention to detail and customer care was disheartening.In summary, my experience with DART Motors was fraught with challenges. From unanticipated financial burdens to unfulfilled service promises and significant alignment problems with the vehicle, the entire process was taxing and regrettable. For those considering a vehicle purchase from DART Motors, I advise caution and thorough consideration. It's vital to find a dealership that values integrity and customer satisfaction, qualities that were, unfortunately, lacking in my experience

These people are FRAUD!. When we agreed to buy the car, before selling it they promised to change the rotors, pads, make alignment, change the wheels. They also asked for a downpayment of $3,500. The price of the car is 12,000. In the end, I gave 3,500 and they took it for themselves, because... I still have to pay the same as it was: 12,000 instead of 8,500. When I asked where did the 3,500 go? They said that was the price of the warranty. Which I didn't ask for and I absolutely didn't need. Then it turned out that the alignment was not done, I came again, they did it. And now it turns out that the rear brakes and rotors have not been changed. I came to find out, to which they told me that they don't know anything and don't remember that they promised to do them and there's nothing in written form anywhere. In the photo is the sales person Nestor, from whom I bought the car. Beware, he is a very skilled scammer. Very pleased with the buying experience. Gabriel worked with me to get an agreeable price. Also, after an unforeseen issue as I was leaving, the service team was quick to resolve it and make sure I knew what had happened and how they fixed it. It’s a team that cares and provides good service.

Cesar helped my boyfriend and I find our car and was /so/ personable and funny. I didn’t expect it to be so easy. We’ve had bad car luck and have been hesitant to try to finance a new one but it was made so simple and we both had fun being there while we went through the process. Everyone we spent time with there was great, and now that I know where they are, I’ll continue going there and send all my friends and family to them. Thank you Cesar and Nestor!!!!

I'm not really good with remembering names So I can't specify who helped me. But I can say that he made me very comfortable with the car buying experience especially being that it was my first time I was nervous. The car I got was reliable. It was consistent with the pictures and what they advertised, I hope it lasts for many years to come. I feel like he worked with me to get the best deal. Helped me even get insurance. So made it as trouble-free as possible. And the whole process took about 2 hours. I feel like that's pretty quick. Definitely recommend them and will be telling my friends.
