The Cosmetologists working in this McHenry store are so wonderful, full of good advice and know their products. They truly want to help their clients. I hope they get raises! This location is always fun to shop, and Im so glad they are nearby! They carry the best of the best and I find the pricing very good. There are are always special sales too.

Great savings on the best product. But more than that are the wonderful women who work at the McHenry location. They are always helpful and so informed and experienced. These are professionals and you can trust their advice. And they are so nice. I love Cosmo Prof McHenry!

I have been shopping with company for years. And spend several thousands and thousand a year here. I was recently in and asked if I could use the ladies room, and was told no. I was in shock since I have several times in the past. And when you are shopping around and spending that kind of money the least you can do is let me use the restroom. What ever new rule this is, it should be highly reconsidered.

As a hairstylist, I've been going to Cosmoprof for years. It's Professionals only. I've always found the staff to be professional, polite and willing to help and answer questions without being annoying. I feel that they have the best educational classes and offer them on a regular basis.

Michelle, the manager, is awesome! She is very knowledgeable, extremely helpful and top notch in my book. She always offers great tips, pointers suggestions on all the products they care and even singe they no longer carry. Everyone is always very helpful :-)
