Called to find a part today. Spoke with Chris. He was right to the point. Very helpful and got me taken care of quickly. Also spoke with other people from the company. Also quick to help. And the parts are always ready when I get there.

I walked in their door with a broken piece for my shower. He had the new part in my hand in 6 seconds. Explained how to replace it, and rang me up.... $35 LESS THAN Big Box stores!!I spent $5.47 and got the help I needed!

Store is fine, store clerk is fine. Tried his best to find my part and did but did not have a supplier for my part. Part made in Italy so no fault of store not being able to get my part.
