There is a young lady worker name Jhovana (I don't know if i spell right). she is new to this bank. she was super rude and mean to me when i ask her if she can help me fill the deposit paper. she rolled her eyes and shook her head. and then she told me i have to do that by myself next time. I said" you are the only one here gave me attitude when i ask help. i should talk to your manager...." i did not even finish my sentence, she was like "yea come inside and talk to me manager" WOW. unbelievable. by the way this is the second time she gave me attitude

Open a college account for my son, deposits a check for a measley 500$! They put a 2 week hold on 500? Without 1$ available. The managers advice? She tells my son to bounce his account if he needs $ so they can hit him with the over draft fees? YES THAT REALLY HAPPENED. HORRIBLE SERVICE AND HORRIBLE PEOPLE! WILL BE CLOSING THE ACCOUNTS AS SOON AS HIS $ CLEARS!

If this wasn't my oldest account, I would completely leave. Just shopped around for better interest rates because the chase savings APY is just 0.01% and a withdrawal limit of 3. Found out that Ally bank currently offers 4.25% APY for theirs, plus TEN withdrawals. My money will be working harder for me at a smaller bank.

I had to make an appointment and come back. When I did I still had to wait forever to even see a banker. Such bad customer service.

The ATM has eaten my money twice, causing me to have to file a report w chase over the phone. Tried twice to use the notary service, waited so long I left.

My experience was horrible. Opened new accounts on line, they stated they needed further information, I gave them the information and received a letter that accounts were not closed, yet, so went back to give them what they asked for and accounts were closed. Don't recommend this bank to anyone trying to start their life over after a divorce!!!

Well once again their 2 ATM machines are not working. They should at least put up something so people don't wait in line for nothing. I've never had so much trouble accessing my cash.
