I called about using the Quick service lanes and Wesley took my call. He was very polite and totally understood my need for a battery for my car. He told me to stop on in, he would take care of me. He met me at the door when I arrived. He promptly got a new battery installed for me. He clearly described what was done and was very clear about pricing! Excellent service! Two thumbs up from me. Thanks Wesley, you were excellent. And you got me in and out, the Quick service lanes are a plus.

As far as sales go, we have had a 5 star experience. We decided to order a hybrid explorer. Chris was very informative during the ordering and waiting process. We are looking forward to our first service next week.

Wrote up an order to purchase a Ford Maverick back in 12/16/2021 (after 2 visits to work out the sale agreement) then I waited, and waited, and waited, and waited, etc. Went in today, almost June of 2022. As my salesman fumbles through file folders, papers, the computer, etc. he can't find the order that I have the paperwork for. He goes to talk to the manager and I wait again, they eventually come back and say "we can't find the order". I should have known from a prior experience when it took them 3 days to fix a simple brake line leak that going there would be a fiasco. Oh, and don't be surprised if you shop and see cars with a "Market Adjustment" added to the sticker price. Just bite a pillow and take it in the .... if you insist on buying a car from them.

If looking for a Ford/Lincoln product, my wife and I both highly recommend going to Buss Ford. Last weekend, my wife and I just purchased our 2nd new vehicle in 14 months from Tony at Buss and could not be more pleased with both experiences. Working with Tony (sales associate) was as easy as it gets. He's a good listener and told us what we needed to know. He also gave us suggestions that saved us thousands of dollars in options. We did not feel pressured at any time through the process. Upon the closing of the purchase, they had all documentation in order in advance. No more did we have to take up a whole day at the dealership. With other dealerships in the area, you can expect a significant amount of time- but not Buss. These guys are rock stars. Thank you Tony, Brandon and Drew!!!! BTW- there service department is extremely attentive- even on just an oil change

Just purchased a electric Mustang. Our Sales person was top notch (Joe Walker). But as a first time Ford buyer and EV buyer, I was dissatisfied to hear that they were charging $10k OVER. MSRP. They "negotiated" it down to $6k over and we really wanted the car and didn't have the time to order and wait as the car buying process is now played. While I completely understand the low supply and high demand, but paying additional monies in light of the headlines from Ford talking about dealer gouging, left us with a bad taste in our mouth. I addressed my concerns with the Sales Manger to his indifference. I am taking my concerns up with Ford directly and hope to have them assist in getting some of that mark up returned.

Save your self the trouble and stay away. Kent in the service department is the worst person I have ever worked with. Doesn't ever return calls, no updates on my car, doesn't write up warranty service tickets correctly. You can stand in front of him and wait forever for him to even acknowledge your presence. Extremely arrogant and rude, he should find an different occupation where he would be hidden in a back room with zero customer interactions.

I had an opportunity to experience sales and service at Buss after the purchase of a used vehicle. After driving said vehicle for 3 days, a couple issues came up. I contacted my sales contact, and I was scheduled for a service visit. I visited on a Friday, I anticipated 1-2 hours. I was there until 2, ended up leaving with a loaner. The most aggravating part, was the entire service group went to lunch at the same time. So, while they ate, I continued to wait while my car sat with nothing happening. I picked up my car Monday night! All in all, Buss took care of this customer. In hindsight, they took care of me very well and stepped up to fix the issues,

I hate to give bad reviews and I really wanted to like this dealership since I've had good experiences with the Buss family but my personal experience with this dealer was less than phenomenal. We purchased a 2012 Rogue in July which was in service for almost 2 months straight before I even got to take the vehicle off the lot. They sold us the Rogue before the inspection was ever done on the vehicle and told me to wait on getting the transmission replaced. When I finally got to take the car home, there were still unresolved issues; for example, I told the service guys that my heat shield was loose and brought the car back 4 different times in 1 day before they finally clamped it without trying to tell me something else was causing the sound. I called Friday to set up a service appointment and never received a call back, since the car was still experiencing issues and with Buss not taking anything I said seriously, we got rid of the car and purchased from a different dealer. The dealer we purchased from also had another Rogue but they would not even show us the vehicle as it didn't pass the inspection which they did PRIOR to letting us view the vehicle. Issac in the sales department was great to work with but I have never felt so looked down upon or disregarded as female than I've experienced at this dealership.

I have been doing business with Ford for nearly 40 years. I typically buy a brand new vehicle every 2 to 3 years, and I can tell you from experience before I joined the Buss family, you will never have a better shopping experience. I always enjoy the buying experience but unlike over dealerships were salesman changed twice a year, turnover and across-the-board is quite rare, I believe the dealership takes care of their employees. Hence, the employees take care of the dealership. The service department is the best around. They treat everybody like family. You never drive away with that taste in your mouth like, boy, did I get screwed.

Husband brought his work van here. Took forever to get it fixed, all the quarters were gone from his pile of change, a new box of work gloves missing, steering wheel and door panel was left filthy, cab smelled strongly of oil, and they went into the back of the van when all the repairs involved had no need to be in the back of the van with expensive tools and parts. I wouldn't be surprised if he finds some other things missing as well. Hated the quality and service was poor.

After a lengthy search for my ideal pickup, when I was finally ready to seriously look...I submitted a request for quote on Fords corporate website. I simultaneously applied for credit on their website and my credit scored excellent...consequently I was contacted by many local dealerships. Of all the contacts I received, Chris Larson was the most responsive, non pushy, and knowledgeable of all. My experience was very pleasant, and couldn't be happier with the process. It took a few visits...and giving other dealers the chance to best the price...in the end I reached a price with Chris I could live with and walk away satisfied. I'll be real honest, I did check out the this dealers profile and reviews on yelp...to say I was a little hesitant based on some older reviews would be accurate. I can say I was pleasantly surprised by the whole experience and can confidently say I would recommend at least giving them a shot in your search for a vehicle.
