“Had someone hit my rear bumper and I found BVA on Google search. SO GLAD I DID! Not only did they work with me when I asked if they could fix the bumper instead of a full replacement they kept my car when I had to go out of town.
Well, Nancy called me for an update on something while I was in the process of having a very bad morning and even gave an ear when I needed it. When I came back into town. Not only did they did a phenomenal job fixing the bumper, they waived my storage fee, AND even touched up the paint on my passenger wheel well from a grocery cart being dragged about 8 inches down the side at no charge. She said that it sounded like I was having a really hard time and that they just wanted to do something nice for me and they had the paint.

“Service for towing is outstanding, I have used them multiple times. Repairs tend to take longer than expected and communication always seems to be one way, but their work and towing is excellent.”
“I had some repair work done at a different Gerber several years ago. A giant rust spot appeared right in the middle of where the paint work had been done. Not only were they able to warranty it for me but they didn't make me drive all the way back to the Gerber where my repairs were done at since I had moved. Very happy with the whole process.”

A followup:
A couple weeks after I got my car back, the left headlight which was replaced went out. Turns out it was a faulty bulb. The shop replaced it at no charge.”
