My wife and I have been with Bill since we got married. From renting to owning to our cars, he got us coverage like it was no big deal at all. No stress, no struggle. Then in 2023 when my wife got rear ended and had her car totalled, Bill and State Farm were with us every step of the way. Knowing Bill's office is just a call away is huge, and I can't recommend him highly enough. We could have switched agents in the many times we have moved since we started with Bill, but we didn't because he made everything simple and easy to take care of.

Bill, Karen and Iris are very knowledgeable about the product lines they sell. They take the time to listen to your needs and then design coverage around them keeping cost versus value considerations in mind. I would highly recommend should you be in the market for insurance and an agent that is responsive and professional.

Karen and Iris are the sweetest and most helpful people you will encounter. They always answer with a happy attitude and do everything they can to ensure you have a smooth and easy insurance experience. They were so helpful after an accident I had a few months ago and were even willing to help me find a new SF office in my new state after I moved. If/when I move back, I will come back to Bill Colberts office without question.
